Pros +
- Nice staff, good breakfast, good room
- Very kind and helpful, breakfast was great and the room was nice as well
- Loved the character and location of the hotel . Very interesting decor and a fantastic breakfast . The staff were mostly excellent . This is actually a great hotel despite the owners behaviours.
Cons -
- Horribly rude staff at the reception. Poor plastic breakfast. Room located near the elevator and stairs, so slept horribly and could hear all the noise from the hallway. When I told the staff they just shrugged their shoulders.
- We ordered a taxi which arrived early with the meter running. We needed the assistance of the hotel which ended up being the owner. He turned on us, treated us badly and then said he would get any bad review deleted so didn¿t care.
- The Lobby was very mediocre and needed alot of sprucing up...not much of a bar to speak of...very plain and boring lobby area... The rooms also need sprucing up...a paint job with colors and more and better furniture...bed was very good,,

The location was great.
The light from the building across the street shined through our window

Great location and all staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Only small thing is my room, a shower room is separate with toilet with a little transplant glass door.
The breakfasts at Palazzo Segreti were easily the best of the hotels that we stayed at in our trip across northern Italy. The staff were also excellent: they offered espressos and croissants while we waited for our room to be ready for check-in, gave good advice about local restaurants, and were consistently warm and friendly.
a small jewel of a hotel. friendly staff, great location, comfortable room and excellent breakfast
maybe a bathtub
The property was very unique and in a great location. The staff was great.
Our room was freezing cold. There is a radiator in the bathroom but we were told they don’t turn the heat on until around October 13. I think heat should be based on the temperatures on that day. It was chilly and rainy both days we were there so I expected heat. Also, the shower was in the strangest place. It is not in the bathroom. When you walk in the roomdoor the shower area was on the right side with glass doors. The shower steam fills the room. Very odd.
This is a great little hotel in a wonderful location. You are in the heart of everything, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff were also great.
We loved the daily breakfast, and the location is within walking distance of so many wonderful sites.
While the location is excellent for those on foot, driving a car to the location, which is near the end of a dead-end street, can be challenging.
Charming , clean, respectfull staff
Great central location. Staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions.
Everything was good.
The location, staff, room, breakfast
It would have been perfect if they had early check in but they did hold our suitcases for us . Also in room thermostat control instead of having to go to desk
Fantastic location; close to the Duomo and other attractions. Very friendly staff. Big, nice showers.
No complaints.
We love everything about the hotel. The best customer services from all staff. They were so responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room feels larger than advertised. We did not feel cramp at all. Spacious bathroom and very clean everywhere. Breakfast service was amazing, we love the lattes and cappuccino. The ice coffee was very good too. They helped us with booking for our transfer to and from Lake Como because we heard that the trains and buses were a nightmare made worse with the rerouting for preparation for the Olympics. Thank you for an amazing stay…10 out of 10 for sure.
The only thing we could think of would be maybe better pillows. They were too flat for us but they happily gave us two extra pillows.
The location is excellent. Updated hotel.
The hallways were tight and the elevator extremely small.
