The property is very cozzy, well located the staff was very helpfull all the times they went out of their ways to please us quiet area.

the only thing that I did not like is the Sky t.v service that they have its not too friendly and the channel are not the one that usually see for news & business information.

Great hotel in a residential neighborhood off the normal tourist area, surrounded by playgrounds and great restaurants. It is a nice 20-30 minute walk to the central areas of Milan. The staff was very helpful, the room was nice and breakfast was a plus.

Other reviews mentioned that the queen bed is actually 2 smaller beds put together, so while it wasn't a problem, I'm glad we knew about that before going. There was also some old grout in the bathroom which they should fix, but not a big deal.

Character, small, quiet location 10 mins walk from Metro, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Nothing really, a good alternative to large anonymous chain hotels.

It was very quiet and cozy, like home. Very polite staff. Spacious, clean room. The hotel not far away from the metropolitana station.

We were greeted with exceptionally warm and friendly service at the reception. Check-in was smooth (and we even received an upgrade). The room was spacious, practical, and very clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. The area around the hotel was calm and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing.We also appreciated the suggestions and assistance with booking a very nice lunch restaurant nearby. Breakfast was lovely, featuring a large communal table in the center where several guests could sit and enjoy their meal together.We can truly recommend this hotel when visiting Milan.

We had a lovely stay! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was easy to get around the city via metro or bus from the hotel.

The bathroom was filled with a sewer smell, it spread throughout the whole apartment and was more intense during the night. Also some mold smell present. It is all covered up through spray.

Excellent staff and facilities an amazing design., the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The shower in the bathroom was "too sofisticated - had 4 (!!) difficult to turn faucets for 3 nozzels. Also, the bottom of one of the walls in the bathroom was not too clean.Regarding car park: that's super important to note: we chose this hotel due to the fact that its description includes a car park. unfortuately, the hotel has an arrangement with a private car parking in the next block, which costs 20 Euros per day, and it's about 300-500 meters from the hotel.

Very clean comfortable room with a gigantic bathroom including a spa bath and sauna and shower. The room faces a very pleasant aspect of gardens and fine buildings. Good breakfast and very friendly professional staff. A small boutique hotel located in a quiet, affluent part of Milan but still easily walkable to the madness of the centre.

It was all good. I would have preferred a second armchair in the room; there was enough space.

Small and cosy so you got the know the staff who were all superb. Good location, buses at end of the road to city centre and main train station - trains to lake como. Staff very helpful with maps and directions, left luggage option on checkout day. Breakfast was good including the best cappuccino in Milan and the happiest breakfast staff in the world. Lovely cosy, comfy rooms. In a very quiet, affluent area of Milan away from the crowds

We missed that the first night and the room was hot. The walls on the first floor, are quite thin. You can hear EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, so for someone like me who is now a light sleeper these days.. that could sometimes make the evenings or mornings miserable if we went to bed early/slept in late.

Clean and specious room. Nice shower, rather good breakfast and very kind and professional personnel at reception.The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area and about 25 minutes walk to the Duomo and shopping area, which is great!The beds were comfortable and AC worked well without making any noize. Complementary water bottle every day.

During one of the nights at 2.30 am we were woken up by the very loud noize sounded like smashing cans and then the trolly moving. (Probably rubbish collection), we could not see properly. Two guys( one from reception) and the one with the trolley were talking to each other aloud such it was not 2.30 am. That was very strange and a bit disappointing for us as it was very peaceful before that episode.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was super nice and polite. Our room was ready a couple of hours before check-in time.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes – fresh, delicious, and well-presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location was also perfect, conveniently situated close to everything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It was also very quiet — our room faced partially towards the street, so we didn’t hear any of the loud conversations or parties other guests mentioned, which seemed to be happening in the inner courtyard. We were lucky and everything went perfectly.I’d especially like to highlight the hotel staff — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well cared for. During breakfast, one of the staff members was particularly attentive; he kindly offered us fried eggs (which is quite unusual in Italy), and even offered us a second cup of coffee. It was a small gesture, but it showed real thoughtfulness and hospitality

The only thing we didn’t particularly enjoy was the bed setup. Although we had a double bed, it was actually made up of two single mattresses pushed together. During the night, this created a gap between them, which wasn’t very comfortable and slightly affected the quality of our sleep

Everything about this special boutique hotel was fantastic. Staff, location amazing breakfast.
