Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff. Location is great next to the Milano Centrale and still quiet street. We needed a room quickly for a one night. In addition to everything else, we also got the best balcony we could have wished for

I didn’t have good experience The walls are so thin that I could hear the person next door on the telephone The heating was not working and I had to use two blankets The price was super high I sua lot don’t like to leave bad feedback but they need urgent work done in the place
