The hotel didn’t have access to the underground parking, you need to walk to the only access which is not near the hotel entrance

I had requested an extra night thru Booking.com got a notification and when i arrived they did not have any confirmation the location was far from everything , and uber is very expensive in Milan the map didnt seem accurate when i booked the place.

Everything was perfect during our stay! The hotel surprised us with a lovely complimentary honeymoon room decoration, which made our trip even more special.After I checked out, I realized I had forgotten a pair of earrings (not expensive), and the hotel kindly found them and even emailed me about it. Truly excellent service and attention to detail - highly recommended!

My mobile couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, and when I called reception, they asked me to come down to fix it. I had already followed the steps they provided, but it turned out the room wasn't properly configured in the system. When they connected it at the desk, I noticed it was registered under a different room number. For a hotel of this level, I believe the staff should have assisted directly in the room instead of asking guests to come down for such an issue.

Was here for 7 nights. Recently built hotel. Room and bathroom is modern and extra clean. Well appointed room. Many outlets. Super comfy bed with superb sheets. Nespresso machine & real water kettle in room, bar fridge and secure safe for documents. Ideal hotel when in Milan for business, closely located to Linate Airport but rarely hear any planes. Well located next to park for joggers. Hotel dinning room well appointed and the morning buffet & meals are excellent, no reason to go out, complements to the kitchen team, prices very reasonable. Vending machines if needed at reception. Staff in all departments are friendly and helpful to ensure to meet your requests promptly. I would definitely go back to this hotel next time in Milan. About 25Eu taxi to Duomo or Galaria.

Actually the fact that is far from touristic area was what we wanted because we spend the whole day out, so the location was not a problem as many have mentioned , but be ready to either walk alot or take taxi or a bike . The room was very clean , calm at night . The staff is amazing.

We stayed 4 nights and we ate the same exact breakfast everyday , there was no many varieties

towels were extremely dirty. even if we asked several times to renew the towels, non of them were clean. It was certain that, they don't wash them properly. The blood stains and other dirt were still on the towels.Staff didnt apologize and was not helpful, as if we are obliged to use them, as it is. In addition, though the weather were cold, no AC heating were working. Terrible hotel.

Amenities of the hotel such as the gym, breakfast buffet, price of car parking though it’s not free but reasonable, the room is quite big compared to rooms in many other hotels

The location is a bit far from the city center

Staff rude, especially at the reception. They don’t know what they talk about. BIG SCAM with the taxi.

Breakfast was good. Staff were much attentive and accommodating.Beds were comfortable.Everyday coffee pods in-room replenishment was excellent.Beds and pillows were super comfortable Far from the city but number 38 bus stop is 200 meters away to reach nearest train station

Rooms were small compared to other Marriott Bathroom shower knob is weird round shaped and impossible to turn while your hand is slippery with soap- a towel becomes handy

I liked the quietness in the rooms, the insulation is excellent and you don't hear any sounds from the neighboring rooms. Also, the breakfast was great.

Staff are very friendly, thanks to Ahmed and Gina for their great hospitality and support during our stay. The facilities are very clean. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and good. The game is very clean and equipped with techno gym machines.

1. I didn't like that hotel location is far and around 17 minutes walk to the nearest metro station but you can use the electric scooters near the bridge. 2. AC is controlled by the reception and had to call them every night to turn on the AC and set the temperature.DON'T WALK FROM REPETTI STATION TO THE HOTEL AT NIGHT. IT IS CREEPY ROAD WITH NO SIDE WALK.

Great room , free upgrade and onsite restaurant

Location was admise construction- difficult to find . Hard to find’s parking lot.

Good interior in room, clean, have coffee machine Nespresso. Big TV. Very comfortable bed and pillows! Good new gym! Perfect breakfasts. Also good quality shampoo and conditioner, it's important for women.

At room cold, specially if u not at room, room temperature system stop working and when u coming back, feels like fridge. And always have to put more hight temperature, I put 60 degrees Celsius and feel like only 22.Don't like this hotel temperature system...Also no wifi, it's written connected but actually doesn't work at all..So I had to use my own mobile internet. And hotel location not so good, 10-15 min till metro and take a cab till city.

The property was very clean, modern and very professional. The staff were exceptional, patient and very understanding, as well as professional. I couldn’t thank them enough, and would 100% be coming back to stay again and recommend to others
