We booked accommodation for two nights but left after the first night. The receptionist was very rude. After a long and rainy day in the middle of winter, we were greeted by an absolutely cold room. We expected to take a shower as soon as we arrived and continue our tour of the city, but it was too much to shower in that cold accommodation. When I complained to the employee at the reception, I asked for the remote from the air conditioner to turn it on so that we could at least warm up a little, he refused, saying that he had just turned on the heating in the room and that we should wait for it to warm up, and it took a long time. On the booking, it says that there is AC, but here is an example where it is not. The furniture is falling apart, parts of the door are missing, the chandelier is half lit, the walls have been painted a long time ago... It's no wonder we didn't come back for another night. Very bad.

It’s a good, cheap hotel, at this price you shouldn’t expect too much. I just needed a place to sleep, and it was exactly what I needed. There was hot water, soap, and shampoo. The heating at night worked perfectly. I was also asked on the second day of my stay if I wanted room cleaning. The front desk is open 24/7, which is very convenient.

The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything that’s happening around you. I solved the problem with earplugs.

You need to come max till 22:00. You need to leave keys at reception ( i dont like that ). Reaally thin walls.

wall partitions dont close sound properly making, next room noise unbearable escpecially when next room is noisy. water supply takes ages to get hot water, apart from wasting alot of water, if another room opens the water, pressure and heat are lessened

Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! The staff that met me at the door at 4am in the morning. I had an entire night booked already and my flight happend to be late night so I reached the hotel early hours in the morning. The old, grumpy and rude man told me to come back next day. Imagine being a girl left outside at night in a city and to be told not to come in even though I’ve paid for my stay… it’s appalling and horrible. The next morning the hotel staff were doing some crazy noisy works just nearby too.

The hotel is very far from the center! There are no shops around it. There was nothing for breakfast, the milk was spoiled. The room was very cold. We would not repeat even at a low price!

I chose this hotel only because it was easy to commute to the concert venue i had to visit. The breakfast room was a nice touch.

The room I was in is very small and practically with no window. It smelled heavily of cigarettes. The walls are obviously very thin, so you can hear people of not only next room but also others further in the corridor.The shower is the tiniest I have ever used.

It was nice place. Easily reached the metro station, a bit far but safe streets. Bed was very comfortable and clean.

Facilities were bad, almost broken. Walls were very thin and noise was coming from the side rooms. Wifi was awful, almost not working.

Cleanliness and the helpful manager.

Basic facilities, bathroom flash didn't work. Space for taking bath is really very very tiny small. Leakage in bathroom flush, we could hear water trickle down whole night.

Staff is very nice.

If you arrive from the metro, be ready for a walk. The room we got was in bad condition. Yellowing walls, old furniture, shower basically falling apart. No refrigerator. Wall sockets broken. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does or says, you can even hear the staff in the reception downstairs. Walls are paper thin. Cleaning people only changed the sheets, didn’t remove trash. There is a tram stop about 10 min walk away. Metro is further. We would NOT stay there again.

They could paint and repair some aspects of the building/room. Average, not very clean, not super dirty.Basic place with nice people.

Unfortunately, we weren’t satisfied with anything during our stay.

The neighborhood felt quite scary and unpleasant, we were afraid to walk around there. The accommodation was extremely dirty – we found hair everywhere from the shower to the floor, it was very dusty, and there were ants running around. The towels had stains and there was mold in the shower. The door frame was half broken, and the bathroom door was rotting at the bottom. It was very noisy aswell. The whole place is in desperate need of renovation.

If your looking for a clean bed for a night or 2, although VERY basic it's convenient.

The reception tried to charge me double for hotel tax, I had to remind him you don't charge for children! There was no information given, such as extra charge if wanted aircon, or I would have paid. There was a large screw sticking out in shower, very dangerous, when pointed out was ignored. Bitten ALOT!
