Hotel was clean, staff attentive and everything in the room worked as expected

The hotel is under my expectations.I paid for 5 nights and spend one night only with the coordination and approval of the front desk of the hotel. I even got a print out for the one night stay. After checking out I asked for refund but didn't receive a reply yet.Not recommended at all.

Closeness to public transport, and restaurants.The room was spacious with a king bed.There was free water.

Everything is a bit old, but okay for a short stay. There's even a speaker for iPods!The air conditioning was noisy.Not a fan of bath tubs, a proper shower would be better.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, guided me how to take public transport route to reach landmarks and safety times for Milan Their taxi service was very good and quick, reached hotel in 2 minutes and good driverRoom was made neat everyday as I have checked in..Hotel location is very convenient,close to metro and tram station

I haven't taken breakfast so I am not sure about food service,one night I called kitchen for room service however they had no room service for dinner as they have no chef,but you can get everything delivered from restaurant through delivroo and Uber eats..

Nice safe area. Reasonably clean. Pleasant but unresponsive staff.

Miniscule ,hot, dingy, noisy, shabby, poorly equipped, badly serviced room. Sleep was impossible as the aircon was noisy and inefficient. Dogs barking made opening window impossible. I realised I was paying E50 per night more than other guests who booked on other websites. This room does not justify Mercure branding , four stars., or the rate we paid. It was to be a special trip and my loyalty to Booking.com left me feeling like Mr Klopp's travel companion.

Location was very good for us, the room was comfortable and had a good size for the European standard.

Facilities are worn down, the hotel looks old and outdated but the room felt better than the building. I’d appreciate to have water and coffee available every day, not just in the beginning.

The location and the cleanliness.

Elevators were too small

Staff were friendly and kind. I liked the size of the room, huge bed was comfortable, the balcony was nice to get some air and drink my coffee. Bathroom was very clean and towels adequate. The tv had no channels for news etc, we used our mobile phones anyway and free WiFi for updates.

May be a few snacks in the fridge, some milk for our tea and coffee as missing but it wasn’t a huge problem.

Good staff, decent breakfast. Slept well all nights.

Not worth the money. The room was below expectations and poorly maintained. Even the bathroom ceiling had mold, very disappointing.

Very friendly staff. Room was good, great comfortable bed, free wifi.Location of Mercure is great, next to tram stops to Duomo and Mudec. In walking distance of Armani/Silos. Close to underground into the city as well as the new line to Milan Linate Airport.

Would have preferred not to stay in a room right across from the elevator. So was hearing guests getting back in the night.

I liked the location and it felt safe. Breakfast was ok staff friendly

The beds felt like laying on the ground they were hard but got extra pillows which helped

Excellent location close to the Navigli canal & around 30 minutes walk to some of the main attractions.

The bar wasn’t open the whole time we were there. Breakfast wasn’t busy but the staff were constantly on top of you taking plates away making you feel like you had to rush.

Close to trams and subways and a lot of restaurants in the area and walking distance to city. The staff was really good and friendly and the rooms was nice.

No bad slippers, no bar in the afternoon for coffee or drinks, one elevator very narrow. No bath.

Everything went well,from check-in to checkout. Front desk staff friendly and professional.Our room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom also spotlessly clean. Every thing in the bathroom worked just fine.The breakfast room is spotlessly clean.The breakfast has something for every taste hot or cold.The staff again very friendly and professional.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to metro. Nearby are many great places to eat and chill out. It was pretty clean and the staff was very welcoming.

The Wi-fi didn't work at all. The TV had blocked Wi-fi and chromecast, so it was pretty useless. A few things were missing in the room but the staff was happy to help.

my wife is in a wheelchair and we needed to be close to our activity. These people gave our room away and booked us into a hotel 25 minutes from our programed activity. we arrived early afternoon for our stay so late arrival was not the issue. there was a furniture convention in the area and room rates had gone up by $100 to $150 per nite. caused us much distress. Not much good to say about Mercure as a hotel or as a company. Avoid at all cost.

Location was awesome, 5 minutes from the Duomo by tram. Front desk staff were excellent and very accommodating

Room was small, to be expected, a lot of wear and tear with a lack of maintenance.
