The room was not as advertised. The air conditioning did not work (told to open the window) and room was 24 degrees. There was no coffee. The safe was broke. There were paper cups in the bathroom - never saw that is a 4 star hotel before. No bathrobes as advertised.

For 4 stars hotel still hope to have some water compliment on arrive . And kettle at the room

Stayed here to be near Olympic ice skate venue. Was perfect, just one metro stop. And just easy to get to Duomo area of city.

The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety. A bit bland. But they had plenty of food available.

Fitness was mentioned but was extremely small, (2 machines) and even 1 was not functioning.

The good: Friendly staff.Excellent breakfast with fresh pastries, yoghurt, scrambled egg - all very good quality.Clean and modern room. Some extra hygiene things provided.

Miniature toiletries like soap-shampoo-bodywash would be nice to have (usually it is provided by hotel, but not this time)

I liked the location of the hotel, it is close to Milan center only 20 minutes by car or metro

There is a very bad smell in the room coming from the ACAnd they did not give free water

Buffet and cocktail in the bar area. Very comfortable bed. Hotel very quiet.

reception (late check up) was good, shower good, good bed, nice breakfast

Great position if you go to a event at the Forum. Hotel was clean and guys at the reception were nice and professional. Nice breakfast

Bathroom was on the perimetral wall and there was no proper heating so it was quite cold.

Fair hotel that lacks few essentials

There was no bottled water nor coffee or tea pot

I liked everything, it's a great hotel, great location, lots of shops around, and the center of Milan is 20 minutes by metro. The breakfast is excellent.

The breakfast was great. Perfect location if you attend an event in the Assago area. 15 minutes to walk or 1 metro station to ride to the Unipol Forum. The metro station is very near, with the direct line to Milano Centrale Railway Station

A little expensive, but the hotel is really good.

It’s very close to the Forum center where we attended concert.

It’s modern and has all amenities. Staff were very helpful.

Everything was great. The room as clean, the location is perfect if you are having an event in Assago.

Paid almost 50€ to include a second person to the reservation. It was high price
