Absolutely NOTHING!!

Everythig was so bad, i wanted to give ZERO but Bookind does not alow that.First of first, the rooms were not as it was described and posted on booking site. So we were cheated.Room wasnt even cleaned as it should!!! Really devastating. They left a half of the toilet paper roll?? For TWO DAYS!!?How's that even allowed from Booking? Does it goes trough any kind of review or control? We payed everything as it was asked of us, bud we DIDNT get anything as u said it will be. Wifi was not working, also. U should see the stairs, OMG like for dwarfs, unable to carry your luggage normaly.And one thing specialy, the person that was waitting us to check in(not the receptionist) he was rude, swearing, talking some offends in Italian( YESS I UNDERSTOOD!!!)So i want that Booking take some action, for them, and for me!! Also i would like for Booking to provide me a refund, because this is missconception, and fraud!!!

Close to stazione centrale. Great coffee shop a block and a half away. A tiny balcony to have my coffee on and people watch as I woke up.

Had to take a subway to get to the duomo.

Clean rooms, we stayed 3 nights - 2 nights on a single room and 1 night for double bed room. Alessandro is a kind host and he explained everything really well to what we should or shouldnt do. Definitely will live here again if we are visiting Milan. If you need a place to stay with just basic ammenities, this is the place for you. Do not expect anything more than that, and you should be good.

Great location! The hotel is walking distance to the train staion (Milan Centrale and Metro), shopping, and restaurants.The guy at reception desk was very friendly and made sure that we had everything to our comfort.

There was no microwave or iron in room( you have to borrow iron from reception desk and return).It appears that a couple of the staff live at the place.There's a lady who has a room on the 1st floor right above the stairs who was rude to my family ,telling us to make sure we dont make any noise in the morning because people are sleeping.She gets up early in the morning and leaves her door open.During our stay, she spread her comforter on the staircase railing which looked so ghetto and unprofessional...Our 2nd night there at bedtime, it sounded like she was arguing with a man very loudly, like they were going to fight.Overall, I believe the price can be a little lower as the rooms look old, dark, and needs upgrading. The shower had a curtain on one side which wet up the floors and one area of the wall in room was rough and unfinished,neediing sanding and painting Not sure if the lady living there is the wife or a family member, of the receptionist but she also needs to learn to be more professional or her atritude will run away guests if she doesn't learn to be more courteous and friendlier to guests.

Good location

The room did not look like in the Booking.com pictures. The room value is perhaps 45-50€ and not 90€. Completely overpriced. The room did not have curtains. It was very very simple room.

everything was great. the room was clean, with a great view, the owner is in touch all the time. i liked everything, i will come back again

The hotel is located on great location, near central station. Room is spatious and nicely decorated. It has everything you need. Staff was nice and friendly.

It would be great to add some utensils like forks and spoons.

It was very central and very good value for money. Staff were really nice and for a couple of nights stay it was absolutely fine.

Area felt a little rough but was near the centre. Accommodation was fairly basic although clean and there was no breakfast although there was a fridge and kettle in the room and a supermarket nearby

there was cockroach killer gel lined along all the plug sockets, it was run down, and very sad.

No towels in the bedroom.Aircon did not work. Heater works intermittentlyFelt cold all night longFelt like I was staying in someone's house because all night long I could hear people talking barely getting any sleep.The aircon was making noises even when turned off The terrace was there but it was super dirty and untidyI looked for a budget room but ended up for settling with much less.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were good and the room was decent for the price. The A/C and heating were a godsend. The room was decorated nicely and the hotel was easy to find. The TV was a bit old and slow but we managed to plug in our firestick and watch films. Towels, soap, kettle and minifrodge were provided which was nice. Also provided extra pillows and a thick blanket.Close to a lot of restaurants/takeaway and close to the train station/metro.

Sound proofing wasn't amazing as we could hear people walking down the corridor. The window was broken (top half wouldn't lock properly) so we could hear some noise from the outside and had a bit of a draft (double room - 102) but it was not a major inconvenience as closing the shutters and blinds reduced this. Also the bedding was nice but really thin especially for a winter booking where it was still quite cold outside. There was a blanket we could use but I would have prefered a thicker blanket instead as I'm not entirely sure how regularly the blanket gets washed.

It is a City Hotel. The location is reachable by walks from Central Station, Metro, and many attractions. It’s recommended if you are a couple or with friends. We booked Standard Double room, the room is enough for 2pax.The bed is comfortable also the cleaning is done daily.The owner (guy) and the mom are welcoming as well.

The wall is thin, you can hear people talking from hallway and also the main street. so if you are a light sleeper it could matter. Personally, we are fine.

the construction looked very cheap and not well finished. The room doesn't look as good as it does on the photos, but for one night it did the trick.

A short walk from the Milan Central station, welcoming staff, room was small, but clean and cosy.

A rather loud street outside, which might be a problem for light sleepers.
