    Cons -

    • Bathroom very small and water takes a long time to warm up in the shower.A bit pricey for a hotel even for Milan.
    • My room was at the front and the street was a bit noisy, I'll definitely return but request a room at the back.
    • Bathroom was clean but mold in the shower and blow dryer would fall apart as I was using it

Excellent location with the Metro & Trams running right outside. Not too far from Piazza Del Duomo, restaurants, bars etc.

Room & shower was maybe abit small but location made up for it.

The location is excellent. Public transport is abundant nearby.

The place is a bit run down and out dated. The room smelled of stale smoke from years ago. After airing out the smell would return as soon as you close the window. Out dated furnishings and strange room layout. Definitely a bit expensive for all of this.

The location was good for my interest in walking to the Navigli canal. I would not want to walk anywhere else around the hotel at night.

The hotel was a bit run down.

    Poor

This Hotel is dated. NO longer good value for money. Not veryCentral. and only near the Canal Ddistrict. Badly needs updating. Paid less for a longer stay 4* in Rome.

We were able to store luggage after check out

The booked twin room was a double bed.The room was ground floor, the window was actually a door to the car park. The fridge had old medication in it and was so hot the floor around it was heated. There was an old sock in the hard-to open wardrobe.

They gave us hot water at night. Check out a little late no problem. I got last croissant and English tea for breakfast

At this price what is not to like

The staff were incredibly helpful I was moved to a bigger room and got assistance when I lost my phone(was retrieved) the room was comfortable and clean and there are plenty of facilities nearby.

It was OK. It had all you need. Good location. Price was not too much but you get for what you pay.

Woman, at the reception looked like she didn’t want to be there. Needs to smile a little bit.

Spacious, quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Close proximity to the Metro, taxi stand and easy walk to the canal area of bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was good enough. Good cappuccino, some bread, yoghurt and croissants. Nothing fancy but everything to get started. Good location, friendly staff, working air conditioning.

The rooms are ok but quite old already. The biggest disappointment was the shower. First I didn't get any warm water, had to take the shower with cold water. Later I noticed that when you wait long enough you get warm water but only with super low water pressure. So you have two option: wash yourself with very little amount of warm water, or shower with normal water pressure but cold water. Either is not nice. I don't know if this is problem only in the upstairs (I was in the 3rd floor) or everywhere. Also the bathroom is quite old with some stubborn stain.

I had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location and I felt very safe, even at night. Public transport options like the Metro and trams were easily accessible, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. I’d highly recommend this place, especially for solo travellers!

I stayed in Room 40 this time, and while everything else was great, the toilet space felt a bit cramped. However, during a previous stay in Room 14, I had a much better experience—the room was spacious and very comfortable.

It's really easy to catch the public transport. Food also really yummy. Staff also very friendly. During my stay, room AC has been broken and staff rectified it very soo. Very good staff.❤️

Great location. Close to the metro and the Naviglia area with many great restaurants and bars. Great ac. Fine for a short one night stay in Milan

Hotel is a little old and tired looking. Breakfast was just ok. The bed could have been more comfortable

The location, the cleanliness & the nice staff

Breakfast could have had more options

    2ManfredPosted on: 4-17-2025

    Friendliness of staff, parking facility

Facilities are old and worn out, hotel would require a full refurbishing, guess the 90 euro is for the location and not for the hotel

    5ElviraPosted on: 4-9-2025

The hotel has a great location right in the heart of Navigli — a lively and charming area with lots of restaurants, bars, and canals just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and our overall stay pleasant. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection to start the day. However, the room itself was quite small and didn’t feel very comfortable. There was a strong smell of cleaning detergent that wasn’t very pleasant, and unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected — I noticed some dust on top of the mirror and other small details that had been missed. With some improvements in cleanliness and room comfort, this place could be a much better experience, especially considering the fantastic location.
