The staff so kind e very quick for whatever I need, the amazing breakfast on the terrace

The size of the room could be more large but everything it's fine

Breakfast in the rooftop is something else, great view!

We had a very good stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our time in Milan. The room was comfortable, clean, and well located, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful.The only negative point was that around 7:00 in the morning, a member of the housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to start cleaning. This was quite unpleasant and startling, as we were still inside the room.

Location was perfect. Easy walk to the Metro with connections to everywhere. Reception Staff was beyond excellent. From the beginning they made it feel like home, warm and welcoming.The room was very clean and well maintained. One of the highlights was breakfast on the terrace. Outstanding staff and food. Really impressed with the hospitality and facility.

The only disappointment is we had to leave but this hotel is number one for a repeat next year

Rooms not as expected. We had to move twice due to the smell of the first two rooms. Stay away from rooms next to the elevator especially the first two floors. The trolley is VERY loud.

The breakfast terrace is beautiful, but there's limited space, especially if you have children.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide selection of options. This was, without a doubt, the most positive aspect of our stay.The staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly, as were the staff members assisting with the checkout process. We did like the look and feel of the hotel. It was nice and charming. But the location ruined everything.

When we checked in, the employee at the reception was neither polite nor welcoming. The bathroom lacked blinds or any form of covering to ensure privacy, allowing visibility from neighboring buildings. As a result, using the bathroom with the lights on at night compromised our privacy.The noise levels were also unacceptable. The tram passing in front of the building was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, we were repeatedly disturbed by other guests shouting and slamming doors in the corridors, as well as by loud noises coming from the room above us.Overall, these issues significantly affected the quality of our stay.

The staff is a bit, well their sense of humor is interesting. The bathroom door doesn’t seal, let’s say.

the room was stuffy & small. the aircon did not function well. The Trams were noisy & disturbing for a good night rest.

Great location for us.

The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was uncomfortably warm. When we complained, they came to our room to fix it but it still didn’t work.

No water in rooms when we arrived. Air conditioning was not great. Noise from street and sidewalk was very loud. No screens on windows.

The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff were really friendly, they even made sure I had some breakfast on the go (I checked out early in the morning before breakfast started).

I thought the location was wonderful. Close to the subway and other public transportation to get to the center quickly. Also convenient to walk

Room was tinier than a NYC hotel. Bathroom was a good size with a tiny euro shower. Room wasn’t fully clean. There was food trash and crumbs left in our room.

Location is excellent, so easy to reach from Malpensa by train and short walk or taxi.Staff is vey nice and forthcoming.The room we had is comfortable, suitable for a couple. Easy access to subway station just about 200 meters around the corner.

The room fulfilled our expectations. The room we had is a bit small, but this was described on the description on the booking site.

I love the hotel. Cleaning well run very nice staff wonderful breakfast. Very convenient to the metro and therefore very easy to get around lawn. The price is very reasonable and it’s a great way to see Milan and if you’re on a budget this hotel will help you.

Location of the hotel is very convenient in relation to the important landmarks and tourist attractions. We came to see the Last Supper, and the hotel is located in proximity to Sana Maria delle Grazie. We really liked the breakfast - it was not only sweets, but a gut choice of omelet, eggs, ham, cheese and more. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable.

The room we booked, was rather small. But it was actually enough for two of us. The hotel is located on a busy street with a tram and metro - sometimes you can here some city noise.
