The overall hotel experience was top tier. From the room, to the amenities and facilities to the staff. Everything was excellent, the rooms cleanliness and overall hotel cleanliness was 10/10.The staff at the hotel were exceptional and should be praised in abundance. I would like to acknowledge Kenneth, Clara and especially Alessandro. Alessandro's customer service skills and friendliness were of very high quality, he helped us get checked in, answered every question we had and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit. On the checkout day Kenneth and Clara were very helpful and very friendly, and made checkout very easy for us. I hope that these staff are rewarded for their exceptional service.

I was very disappointed with my stay. During my honeymoon trip, the hotel staff misplaced my towels, and I ended up spending 3 days without having any towels available. This caused unnecessary inconvenience during what was supposed to be a special and relaxing time. I expected much better service and attention to basic guest needs.

Got upgraded to a super luxurious suite by the kind staff at reception. Great location only a short ride to the city centre and close to the bus station.

Good stay. Very comfortable. Helpful staff. Good heated pool and sauna. Quite close to San Siro so worked well for us, and easy to reach from Centrale. Thank you!

The spa was very small and the idea of ​​having to pay extra was unacceptable. Not allowing the use of alcohol in the hotel premises I don't think is a good idea for the hotel as the clients come there to ski and not for religious reasons.

Everything was perfect, breakfast, room and all.

Carla at the reception — along with the entire front-desk team — made our stay very pleasant. The facilities were great, and the room was excellent in every way, especially since it’s rare to find such spacious rooms in Europe. The bathroom was large and included both a shower and a bathtub. The location is also convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the tram, which takes you to the Duomo in about 20 minutes. Overall, a wonderful experience.

What I didn’t like is that it’s a bit far from the city center, and the tram can get crowded — although this only happened once during our stay. Overall, it was still a wonderful experience.

The cleanliness / bathroom sink was clogged and smelled pretty bad.

This is our second time in Milan, and we liked the hotel so much that it was an easy choice to return again. Once again, the experience was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay truly pleasant. Special thanks to Lorzano from the hotel staff — he is extremely kind, friendly, and professional. In general, all the staff are amazing and truly make you feel welcome.

Please note that some bathroom amenities such as cotton pads, cotton swabs, a shower cap, and slippers are not provided.The breakfast selection is limited, yet sufficient.The location is a little bit far, but it’s still fine and manageable.

Everything was great. They upgraded my room to a suite for free. Polite staff, excellent room.

On the last day, one of the staff members decided to chat with another guest instead of taking care of our bill at the restaurant. He could have either served us first or simply told us right away that we could pay at the bar, instead of making us wait while he was chatting.

I really liked the staff — they were polite, attentive, and welcoming. It was very nice to receive a room upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

got a free Upgrade to the suite, parking is easy to access, hotel easy to find and tram is next to hotel, takes 30minutes with tram 12 to centre

restaurant has bad food, once they even confused my primi - i ordered grilled artichokes and got topinambur, it was cold during night and some french young tourists ruined pool and sauna for us to relax, they were too loud, but nothing the hotel can be pointed at,its a light flooded room during day but at night you will not find anything, they only have indirect light, its coty but not useful

Room was amazing as we got upgraded to a suit. The hotel was lovely pool was great and to be honest everything including the bar was really good. The staff were lovely and always very attentive and helpful. The hotel is about 30 mins by tram from the centre in a calm peaceful suburb which worked for us as we could leave the busy city and be back in 30 mins or 15 ins in a taxi.

Nothing really, the rooms could do with a lick of paint in places but that being picky.
