    Pros +

    • The lobby bar and room service
    • The room size was good, and the pool was great for the kids (it is very hard to find an hotel with a pool in Milan). However, the hotel staff is by far the best part of the hotel. They are very helpful and you feel welcome all the time
    • Hotel is so peaceful and full of green, we love that. 15 mins away to center and that natural together

    Cons -

    • Wifi was horrible and the staff placed us in the furthest possible apartment bldg and there was closer availability. The front desk was not very nice and acted like we were a bother. There was a soccer game on and no one answered the desk phones.
    • Location is just ok... You can access downtown Milan in about 25 minutes (no bad). However, the surrenders are not nice. There is nothing to do around the hotel and just few bars/ restaurants in walking distance.
    • Should be better restaurant and spa.

Location is good and room is clean

Staff need a much more training for customer service , as they are lack of non professional customer service towards guests .

Hotel does the job, but nothing really excites you. As a 4 start, I would expect a bit nicer and at least smiling staff. Room was clean and the room service did really good job.

The location is not the best, but if you have something nearby you are travelling for, it makes sense to stay there. The rooms have huge balconys, but you cannot really step on them, the floor was too dirty (I get it is cold already, but could be cleaned). The reception at the checkin didn't mention anything, not even when the breakfast goes etc. Small details can go long ways.

Great stay. Very spacious room and clean, with big balconies. Nice garden next to the breakfast area. Free parking, very convenient.

Breakfast is good but could be richer.

The cleanliness is good and free parking

The air conditioner was very bad and was only giving off humidity and water droplets.

The reception staff was very friendly and very supportive. Thanks to Caterina we had a great stay at Ramada Plaza.Parking is free at the facility, which is a major added value.

The breakfast at morning was crowded, probably because of hot season.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable, room is bigger than standard European hotels, free parking, and great breakfast. we came to the hotel early and we are able to early check-in which is great for us to get ready for exploring Milan. Hotel is located out of busy area in Milan and very quiet at night

A bit walk to Metro (10-15mins) but it is very safe to walk at night.

Very good breakfast, very tasty bread and juices. Hotel pool - very clean and new situated in the garden.

Underground garage - a bit scary, old and empty. We rather parked our car at hotel courtyard.

Comfortable beds, size of the apartment was good and free parking.

Location, old buildings, and we ordered slippers and we didn’t get any!

Location is close to subway just a few blocks and then an, easy 10min ride to get to the center. Also the reason to stay here is the 25EUR/15min taxi ride to Linate Airport, so very convenient. Pool is great for summer days. Room (suite) is spacious and quite good in general - all pretty much new and of good quality.

The staff. This is my second time at this hotel and both times I had multiple bad experiences with mostly everyone that works there. For some reason they are arrogant.I speak Italian fluently, so it's not a language thing. At check-in, the lady was extremely annoying because my little daughter was not included in the reservation. I explained she sleeps in the bed with us and that I am more than willing to pay whatever additional tax/cost there might be for her. Still, she is rude, says it's a legal thing (it is not). And then right away gives me a room with a king bed + single bed. So wasn't it a legal thing? Why the rudeness? Just charge me whatever you need to charge and act like you work in the hospitality business, not at the immigration office. Then she doesn't allow me to use that bag cart to bring my stuff to my room even though it was just sitting there in the reception and I had like 4 big bags plus 2 smaller volumes. She says she needs to call the guy to do that. Why? Is there a special drivers license needed to handle one of those carts in Italy? Like it's simply out of rudeness and unwillingness to be helpful and to provide a decent service. Then the breakfast. Quality is good, supposedly until 10am. But after 9:15am there is nothing left. Then I ask if they can bring bread fruits and other things and they look away. Ignore. Act like I'm asking then something absurd. Then I walk to the floor manager and lecture her on the absurd of having nothing left with still 30min of breakfast time and a restaurant full of hungry people - see the pictures. All of the sudden food starts appearing out of nowhere. So why do you need a customer to complain about the absurdity of the situation before simply doing what you are being paid to do?Then the first night there was an issue with the AC. Not a big deal but still an issue. I call reception, they tried to reset it, doesn't work.

Good location to be far little from downtown, everything is located near you: restaurants and shops, car parking is available and free, excellent staff supporting.

SPA is not available, mini kitchen needs to provide more items ,

It was my worst Ramada experience…

On June 23, 2025, I checked in at Ramada Milano Hotel around 11:00 PM. I had previously booked and fully paid for a standard room via Booking.com and informed the hotel during the day that I would be arriving late.Upon arrival, I was told that my room had been upgraded to a Family Room. However, after a long journey, I was surprised to find that the bathroom was completely non-functional:•The bath was dirty •The bid and sink were clogged,•Hygiene and cleanliness were not up to expected standards.Since it was already past 11:15 PM, and the issue could not be resolved at that hour, I had to go to bed without taking a shower or even washing my hands and face. We left the hotel early the next morning, and the lack of basic amenities negatively affected our family’s comfort.Although I have stayed in Ramada hotels before, this was by far the worst experience I have had. Therefore, I kindly request a compensation for the inconvenience, either in the form of a refund or an appropriate alternative.

    The breadfast is average

Breakfast was like prison food, room so far from reception, no tissues box in the room, and the sink was blocked not draining water which was very annoying and dirty, and staff take for ever to do something when ordered

    8TomiPosted on: 5-31-2025

The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. And the room was quite spacious.

It wasn’t close to any of the Milan attractions, but it was a few blocks away from the metro station, which is pretty easy to navigate.
