Very close to the MILANO atm METRO SUBWAY SYSTEM Line 3 Orange Brenta stop very convenient to Milano Centrale

The hotel is in a great location, just a stone’s throw from the Tube. I’ve stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. The room is small, with a television. The bathroom is compact yet perfectly adequate, and toiletries are provided.

Location is 20 minutes from Centrale (Next to Brenta Metro)VERY easy to find.Large 24-Hour supermarket nearby.Staff on Hotel desk 24-hours.Room was a good size and very clean.TV and shower worked fine. Shutter blinds will keep out daylight and noise.Small balcony with chair outside.Excellent price. I would stay again.

I contacted the hotel 5 times (using different methods) to ask about check-in but no reply.Also, the walls are paper-thin and you can hear conversation and TV noise from other people, but this is Italy, they like making noise! It is not the hotel's fault.

It was expensive, but less expensive than in other apartaments and it was near the city centre.

The staff was unpleasant, the shower was not cleaned, there were a lot of hairs, and 2 used razors.

Very unfriendly staff at the reception. Poor customer service.Funny and unpleasant odour on the hallway/ corridor. TV channels all in Italian and no HD channels. Old and very small elevator

It was a very nice hotel, in a very convenient location! On city trips, like this one in Milan, it is always important for me to be near a metro station, so I can hop on the train and be in the city center in less than a couple of minutes! Very important! The hotel was really close to the M3, which connects me right to the City centre of Milan, the Duomo.

I can't complain! Everything was absolutely lovely!

Receptionist from SriLanka is great! Bed is really soft and nice.

When I red the bad comments I was thinking to cancel my reservation. But I didn’t. I stayed 28March to 1 April 2025. Most of the comments completely wrong. Hotel was clean and new. The door had key. Location was good hotel is near the metro access and 4 stop to go Duomo. And staff very helpful.

the worst thing that happened to me when using booking.com was these apartments. the worst thing is that you are not protected by booking in any way.

staff can't answer questions. the apartments were not cleaned. smelled of cigarettes and something spilled like blood. the lock didn't work and was broken…also the bathroom door didn't close too.in cooperation with the booking ,hotel could not solve these problems.you will just lose money !

We didn’t like at all

we did not get the accommodation and cleanliness that was shown in the pictures. the toilet was particularly dirty. And the all accommodation have bad smell

The room was quite spacious, the bedding was clean and the room as well.

The ants that lived in the bathroom. I really didn't expect to be accommodated with "pets".The floor of the shower was quite messy.

It was a cheap place to stay

It was a little run down, the walls were dirty and shower had not been cleaned, no air con in 35c heat, a fan but was mainly just blowing warm air making for uncomfortable nights sleep.
