- The concierge, was magnificent!! If I could rate his experience and assistance at a 15 out of ten we would. He had the best recommendations for food, cabs and where to find things. The hotel was wonderful too!! Would highly recommend!!!

- Lack of empathy from the new personnel. No interest on establishing contact with the guest. No asking or offering any advice. Smallest room even when it was our sixth visit. Something was off.

The location of this hotel was good, on a quiet street no far from restaurants and shops.
This hotel is very energy efficient, giving it has a very moody feeling inside most rooms. The room (suppose to be superior) was as small as a matchbox and oddly configured. The desk person was snide and unpleasant, and the hotel seemed understaffed.
