The Trinity City Hotel

Location near Trinity and city center was perfect for our stay.

We had issues with the hot water, which staff fixed as soon as we notified them. It would have been helpful to have more / better coffee available in rooms. The toiletries on shower wall were difficult to access when taking shower (due to placement)

Breakfast was great, wide range of options and well prepared.Staff were very helpful and friendly.Location was perfect.

Hot water was more luke warm on some mornings.Rooms were quite hot when coming back from trips.

The Trinity City Hotel was amazing. The front desk staff were so nice and efficient, professionals. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was very poor including Irish breakfast which was very dry ,extremely disappointed. Our room was super small and even the window was permanently closed so we couldn't open for a fresh air ,just shocking. Staff was friendly .I was business traveling ,expecting more decent hotel and even for a taxi i had to wait 45 min. Definitely not coming back.

The location was great! Walking distance to the pubs and shops. Felt safe too. The hotel decor was beautiful! Loved all the massive mirrors and tapestries. Very beautiful. The staff were great too!

We had hoped there were a couple drawers to hold our clothes in the room. Not a big deal but just something we missed. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise.

Location was fine

Front staff was very unhelpful and rude as was the staff in the bar. I am Handicapped and the room, We had was made for someone who was in a wheelchair.

Cold shower, rooms were way too hot, aircon didn’t help.

90 percent of the staff was very rude, and should not even work in the hospitality field.

Room was located near the lift, and very comfortable and cosy. Lovely shower and good selection on TV channels. Reception team were lovely, and everything was very efficient. Myself and my mother (84years) stayed previously, and this is why we came back. And we'll come back again! Location is ideal for some shopping and exploring the city.

Extremely beautiful hotel, varied and good food, excellent bar, extremely friendly starf.

I found the staff to be very friendly , every member of staff greeted us throughout the hotel and were very efficient The ambiance of the hotel was really lovely.

We had a short stay so really didn't find anything we didn't like

My daughter had to go to hospital during the night by taxi so our trip was spoilt

The room was cold eventhough the air conditioning was set at 27o

Bed was very comfy

breakfast service was a little slow, but hotel was very busy.

The hotel has a great location - close to many of the tourist areas and with plenty of good food options nearby. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room itself was comfortable and well appointed.

The only issue we had was with the shower temperature. It was difficult to get a consistent temperature and when it did stabilize a bit it never got quite warm enough.

Breakfast was wonderful! Beautifully displayed, hot, lots of choices. Within walking distance of Temple Bar area. We had booked 4 rooms.

Check-in was slow. Booked rooms but we were on 3 different floors. One room ended up being a handicapped room with curtain and roll in shower. Not the best arrangement for our party and not the room that we booked.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, great staff.

The shower unfortunately leaked, the reading light on the right side of our bed was broken, and we needed a phone charger outlet on both side sides of the bed. Other than that, all good. :-)
