Friendly Staff, very clean, good location
Pillows not comfortable
Location, clean and very friendly and helpful staff.
Pillows too plump and firm.Nowhere to unpack and store clothes. Our bedroom right next to an active building site - cranes noisy from 8am on Saturday morning.
Rooms were clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful
Staff very friendly. Conveniently located in the city. Rooms were smaller but very comfortable.
No complaints.
Disappointing
Arrived Sat 10th Jan in the afternoon I found the lady who checked me in rude When we got upstairs to room the heating was turned off room was freezing Woke up next morning heating off again and room was freezing Will not stay here again
Exceptionally clean. Good products in the bathroom. Helpful staff
i adored the hotel staff were so so friendly day/night staff were the nicest people ever room was spotless and a perfect location
Location was perfect, hotel was stylish clean and looked great
The location was excellent and the hotel felt very safe and secure. The hanging space in the rooms was useful and the bathrooms were pretty good. The housekeeping staff were lovely - and everything was very clean!
The beds weren’t very comfortable and the pillows were terrible. We asked for a different pillow type and the only suggestion was to use the decorative throw cushion. The staff at check in and the restaurant were pretty disinterested. The breakfast was just ok. We ate dinner at the restaurant - very very average.
Great central location, very friendly and helpful staff, we even got a welcome drink on arrival.
Nothing - we loved our stay.
Good location room was a good size and well fitted out
Modern
Arrival procedure - being told at 1:30am that we needed to pay again as booking.com hadn’t processed the payment, even with a call to there customer services following a 12 hour travelling day we had to argue to not pay again and be without £400 for our weekend away.Breakfast was poor.Bed not comfy but personal preference to not be so hard.
Very centrally located, great sized room, friendly staff, clean.
Small things, such as lumpy pillows, having to buy an adapter instead of borrowing it from the hotel, I did not anticipate from a 4 star property. The breakfast items were ok.
Location is good and facilities are ok and convenient.
Not the same quality I’d expect for it to be a chain of the Marriott, Breakfast could have been better, not much choice and had to wait ages for things to be refilled. It was however noticeably better the second day. Also was charged for the room again on arrival despite having already paid on booking.com but darent not as they were refusing the room if we didn’t pay, and we arrived at 11pm so wouldn’t have had anywhere to go. So charged us an additional €440 for the stay (that we already had paid) and then was charged an additional €50 for a ‘in case of’ damaged charge so a extra €500 that worryingly some people may turn up and not have. This was challenged and they happened to ‘find’ the payment the next morning, and said they will release the money… still waiting for this to happen. Also the cleaning staff in the toilets downstairs were really rude and when coming back in the evening there was vomit all over the floor on the 2nd floor corridor.
Location
Breakfast was very simple, mainly continental which was ok but the quality of the cooked items was very poor, just bacon and eggs and the bacon was extremely overcooked
The cozy ground floor with the bar where we ended every evening.
The bed pillows were very hard compared to what I am used to.
Visually the hotel looks interesting
No desk in the room and the "business centre" is not a business centre. The choice at breakfast was limited, albeit the quality was good. The hotel has definitley focused more on the visuals but lacks a lot in the substance
