Lovely big room x with a super big bed lovey and warm room location was great everything near by short walk in to the centre 10 mins trams out side to if you needed one people at the hotel couldn’t do enough for you very friendly people would stay there again x
Nothing to dislike about this hotel x
Fantastic location. Huge bed. Excellent breakfast.
Good location and the lady at the reception was very nice.
Property needs a face lift in all areas
Loved everything. Location, cleanliness, friendliness, breakfast, comfortable room. Faultless
Nothing. Been to Dublin many times and never stayed in a better place.
The room and location. 24hr front desk
Limited choice at breakfast. No toaster, they do it.
Location worked well for us
Laundry service would have been nice for us. Breakfast starting at 6am would be nice.
The high ceilings, location, and overall vibe.
It was a 90 degree day and we got there to find out there was no air conditioning. Otherwise it was a great stay.
Good location, staff very helpful and clean
Hot water took sometime to get to a good temp
Beautiful room and hotel, friendly and helpful staff let us check in early! Lovely quick breakfast in the morning. An easy walk to most tourist attractions on a mellow safe road
The staff were super helpful and let us check in early! The place was very nice, as described :) The location is excellent
Hard to get cold water from the tapOn a street with clubs if your room faces the street, totally fine if you close the window
Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful room.
WiFi didn’t work for most of the time we were there.
Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Allowed us to check in to one of the rooms early in order to store bags and freshen up. Room was large with very comfortable beds, easy to navigate around and in a very nice neighbourhood. Only a 15 minute walk from Temple Bar area but with excellent bars & restauranrs much closer both sides of Dublin can be easily explored from this hotel.
The breakfast was a little lacking for the price paid with no hot food on offer but there are some very good restaurants/cafes down the road as breakfast options. The hotel is on a busy road with trams & cars going by regularly, this could be an issue for a light sleeper. On our last night we returned to the hotel after midnight with our room keys not working, the staff were very understanding and got us sorted in no time.
Loved the high ceilings, the decor, the friendly welcome, the location...all in all a happy stay in Dublin.
No complaints.
Fabulous hotel, perfect location and in easy walking distance for various key tourist spots and transport links. Run by very friendly staff who were always happy to help and answer any questions I had. This was very reasurring as a solo traveller. Breakfast was really reasonable too and so I added this on as an extra at check in. Overall great value for money and will happily stay here if I visit Dublin again!
No locked luggage room but was able to leave luggage in the foyer with staff whilst I visited a nearby museum. Could also be noisy outside at night but that was to be expected with the room location at the front of the building and the street having a few clubs/bars on it. I had stayed in the same area earlier in the year and neither of the points I mentioned above bothered me during my stay. Just thought it would be useful information to pass on to others.
Excellent location, decent size room, good value for money, would highly recommend for a quick stay in Dublin! Big shower too
The fan in the bathroom was very loud and randomly turned on itself, and there is a bit of noise at night as there are some nightclubs on the street
Location and the monkey pirate light
2 single beds pushed together for the most basic king superior room
Location and proximity to parks. The room was very big and enough space.
The bed was not very comfortable.
