Staff was wonderful, able to keep luggage in the lobby before and after checkout, free pastries daily. Room was cozy, excellent bathroom set up.

Expensive for what you get, bed wasn¿t comfortable, and the room was sooooo hot. Had to ask the front desk for a fan.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city center & though our room was small it was cozy, comfy, & quaint! Egon was amazing! He educated us on the bus system & made excellent restaurant & pub recommendations. We loved our stay at Pembroke Townhouse!

Carpets in hallway and our room were stained. Didn't look like they vacuumed our room at all during our stay, even after making a specific request.
Most of the decor.
In room 101-noise of the boilers kept us awake for much of the night. When we told the receptionist he could do nothing except provide earplugs. He said he would raise a complaint but we have heard nothing. The print hanging on the wall was disconcertin
30 to 40 minutes walk from city center. The amenities are as advertised: the staff is professional, pleasant and courteous. The room was clean. The area is quiet, tree lined and residential.
The breakfast was fantastic. The shower had great pressure. spray, and temperature.
Room 104 was quite small, but clean and nice.
