- In morning I asked how to get to hertz, the rude desk guy said he would call one, He said they took CC, taxi came was not told where we were going, didn't take cards and I had to go to atm get money, which cost me 10 PLUS extra 8 to take me to atm!

- We ended up not staying in this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we believed there would be a parking space for us. This was not the case. The confusion and disorganization of management caused us to leave within the first hour of checking in.
- The room was cold! A small portable heater that didn't warm up for hours! The shower kept turning off, and there was no pressure! There was no hair dryer. Front desk guy was rude. Stay away from this hotell. Smokers hanging out at front door also!
