- Breakfast was really really lovely. Freshly cooked and tasty. I loved the choice of breakfast breads and pastries.Fantastic location. Clean, airy environment. General areas multi purpose. Lots of options. Great vibe.Staff wonderful.
- Location was perfect for us and the areas downstairs when you first enter the hotel are really thoughtfully laid out. We loved everything about this hotel. I have mobility issues and Lisa, who was the member of staff checking us in, noticed this and realised that the room we had booked may have been difficult for me and there would not have been much room for my walker. She managed to find us an accessible room instead, which was absolutely perfect! It even had a shower chair like I have at home! The bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was lovely, the room was nice and quiet and the location for the hotel was perfect for us. We loved everything and will definitely stay again!
- Breakfast was fantastic. The Staff were brilliant. Professional, attentive and a joy to deal with.
Cons -
- I will opt for a larger room next time but considering the good value price, whats not to like!
- The pillows and the bed in the Cosy King were just not comfortable
- I didn’t like that we were on a family night away and the housekeeping staff knocked on the door before 8 and also before 9

I liked the location
I didn’t like that we were on a family night away and the housekeeping staff knocked on the door before 8 and also before 9
Great location within walking distance of Grafton St and Stephen’s Green. Very modern hotel with great amenities (coffee shop in lobby is excellent btw). The rooms are so clean and spacious and have everything you need. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!
Brilliant location and the lobby was amazing for sitting out and relaxing and the staff in the lobby were so helpful
On my last day staying there I had to check out at 11 and I had the resting thing on the outside of the door on the room but at around 8am there were two knocks on my door by the cleaners and then they opened the door and luckily enough I had the chain on the door. That shouldn't have happened.
Great location. Great staff.
Uncomfortable and cramped rooms.
Location, Style, Quality of Rooms & Sleep, Great Value with a really helpful team.
As always staff were so welcoming and accommodating
External noise outside, out of control for the hotel but because I travel to this lovely hotel for work I'll specify a quiet side in future , can't be helped in fairness
Great value, super comfy, huge bed. Small but perfectly adequate room.
Nothing it was ideal for what we needed
Room was compact and perfect for a one night or short stay. Price reflected the size of the room. Bed was comfortable and reception/bar are was very nicely laid out and modern.
The bathroom door didn’t close properly and there was no lock so we had to hold the door closed while using the toilet.
Great location, comfortable bed
Room is tiny for what you pay, could be also cleaner - lots of dust on the floor.
Excellent location Parking adjacent
We stay there all the time...the cost for earlier check in is a bit much, particularly when we book 2 rooms
Lovely location
Television did work and lost a table I had booked because I had too wait for a new room
LocationStaff Clean
Great hotel. Convenient location. Lovely staff & facilities
Location is good.
Unfortunately our room wasn't clean. We dropped our bags and went to a concert. When we came back it e
Great location and value for money - loved the products in the bathroom
Gym and very cool lobby
lovley clean modern hotel
very expensive.
Assisted self check-in easy, although I don't really see the point if staff are there to assist anyway. No info provided re breakfast times or directions to lift to access rooms. Room ideal for one person who is going to be out and about during stay. Very central with every you need accessible in minutes. Bed comfortable
While central, I wouldn't feel 100% comfortable walking alone in the immediate location of hotel (only the last 1 minute walk). socket beside bed in 148 needs replacing. However, overall, the Marlin is a great place to stay if heading out for the night in Dublin and I happened to get it at a reasonable price so was good value for the purpose of my visit.
