Staycity Aparthotels Dublin Castle

The location was pretty good. Kitchen had a lot of accessories you might need.

The heat was terrible, we were cold the entire time. The hotel is aware as there are small portable heaters in the room to try and help the heat but they do not help much. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Spotlessly cleanComfortable bedGood shower

Noise, couldn't sleep because of the noise coming from other rooms especially above usGot to staycity and were told we were moved to a different staycity. That was not suitable as we were going to an event but found ourselves having to walk the streets to different accommodation

Very modern,clean and spacious

Clean. Great location. Room was lovely. Dishwasher, kitchen facilities, iron, hairdryer, TV, huge bed. Decorated perfectly.

Rooms are fine, big and plenty enough

Sheets on the bed were soaking wet when I pulled the duvet back. Had to strip the bed at 2am, nobody on the front desk, Have messaged property on this but no response.

Good location.Room had everything you needed in there. Both a fan, heater. Ironing board and iron. Hair dryer.Nespresso machine. Fridge. Microwave.

You hear every sound from the corridors.I would have liked a blind in the bathroom. The pillows were very hard.Only 2 teabags supplied.

Property was very clean and organised, fully functional kitchen including fridge and coffee machine.

Great place to stay if you want easy access to many areas of Dublin. The apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Staycity apartments are always clean and it was spacious for what we needed. We really appreciated the touch for my partners birthday with the balloons, card and Prosecco! Thank you. We would recommend for anyone wanting to visit Dublin.

The only thing would be the green light in the bedrooms at night which can be bright. The rooms have black out curtains which are great, however there is a green light which is bright and can be a little annoying when trying to sleep, particularly if you are someone who needs full darkness. This was not a major problem though and wouldn’t prevent me from staying again.

Clean room fitted with all required amenities. Friendly, helpful staff and easy check-in/-out process. Great location for restaurants and sightseeing.

Nothing major

I love the way the room was laid out/designed, very clean and modern property. You can walk to city center in 10-15 min. Very friendly front desk staff :)

Great location. Very nice staff.

The room was tired looking. Surfaces were badly scuffed and it looked like it needed to be painted and freshened up.

Location, very close to main attractions/areas we could walk everywhere.Liked the room had a kitchenette but still felt spacious.Nice big comfy bed perfect for a weekend away.

Staff friendly and welcoming, lovely decor and design. Rooms lovely and clean and perfect for our stay

Nothing :)

The staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a huge asset to the group. The concept of having everything you need (and more) in the room works really well.

Room was smaller than expected.

The staff were very pleasant. The Location is terrific... it's near all the great things in Dublin city. The price for Dublin is good.. but it's still above what I'd normally to happy to pay for accommodation in Europe. Loved the mini kitchen and the little complementary coffees and tea . Everything was clean.

When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. And three towels for two people.. just a simple housekeeping mistake. It would have been really nice to have had a small breakfast included in the price.

Rooms were super well equipped. Lovely location and staff.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It exceeded expectations. The room was very well designed. The view was amazing. The shower was the best I’ve had in Ireland. The kitchen facilities were so convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near everything but still quiet. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The location was great close to the tourist sites.

The size of the room. The amenities were lacking.

Location

Room not cleaned and after 3 days asked for fresh towels which they said 4 days but agreed to give me fresh towels

Staff so helpful and friendly. Location was convenient Apartment was so clean with everything you would need

The bed was super hard (personal preference I suppose)
