- We had to change the arrival date of my son's arrival. We tried to contact the hotel tut the phone number did not work, there is no email address for them. Reservation was canceled, no refund, no place to stay.
- Location is good, very convenient to hang around However there are homeless people around make you alerted.
- No they showed empathy for the situation I was in.

Room and Pod TOO HOT! Outside fresh air needs to be blown into Pod. (Pass this on to Jacobs Inn for improvements)
