Location was good

Room was awkward. Shower was impossible to get in and out of. Patio view was nice, but pavers were flooded and there was no table or chairs to sit at

Staff was amazing!

Loved the interior design. Breakfast staff were very kind and thoughtful and efficient

Staff were professional and friendly. Rooms clean and spacious. Location perfect on the edge of stephens green. Had a wonderful stay. Would have no hesitation to highly recommend. Great value considering Location and service.

This place does everything you want from a hotel, but to an extremely high standard. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom. The gym was also one of the best hotel gyms I have seen for a while. Excellent location and very friendly staff who genuinely seem happy to work there and help with whatever you may need.

We did pay for breakfast on our first morning but found that the value for money was not great as we are both vegans. For €25 each we would expect more options on both continental and hot breakfast. We decided not to have breakfast on our second morning for this reason

Location and comfort. Staff were all so helpful

Lovely front desk staff and bar staff. Very professional and attentive. Cocktails were delicious. Very comfortable rooms, we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly across the hotel. Exceptionally convenient location.

Breakfast seems a bit understaffed, but it could have just been the day in question. Some items were not replenished or slow to replenish. We enjoyed breakfast but I did note the apple juice tasted like it was just starting to ferment, a slight fizziness. I could have been imagining it. I switched to orange juice and that was good.

Good location. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Good quality items and good staff. Shout out to Ally and Aline for their good humour and welcoming smiles at 8am! Same to be said for the check in staff the night before. Will definitely stay again.

It was an ordeal to get a drink in the bar because one was closed and the other had the tables booked out. No residents bar when we arrived back, not even a drink to the room.

Warm staff great location to Grafton Street, breakfast facilities were excellent and comfortable rooms

Found nothing to criticise

The staff were great. The room was lovely and the cocktails in the bar were delicious. The hotel is in a great location and we would love to return.

The staff were so helpful. Ally and Lawea were a pleasure to meet and deal with.

The Green Hotel was perfect. Beautiful lobby and room, aesthetically. They were able to accommodate an earlier check-in and late check-out for a fee which really helped with our travel schedule. We still arrived earlier than our check-in time, but they were able to hold on to pour luggage in a locked storage room which was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was also great and we appreciated how quiet it was in the evenings. There was a sudden change of plans with our accommodation for the second leg of the trip and I loved the Green so much that I was disappointed upon learning they were completely booked therefore we could not extend our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Dublin and will definitely book with them again when I return.

No complaints.

Had breakfast one morning; it was very good and a wide variety of options. The people staffing the dining room were friendly and helpful.The hotel has a great location, close to the city center, but very quiet and safe. There is a light rail stop 3min away and the park is even closer..Our room was very nice, big bed, large bathroom. Rainfall shower head.We had access to the executive lounge which had snacks, soft drinks, beer and wine. A very nice setup.I’d would stay here again, and I highly recommend!

Better directions to Harcourt Wing, where our room was.

The food was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

a massive dissapintment

i reserved an executive suite for early check in , two days before arrival. they considered me a no show and gave my room away EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PAID FOR IN FULL. i rented 5 rooms total for family when we met to plan our day in my tiny , two single bed room, we had to sit on the floor. the restaurant tat we knew from two years prior was gone the only thing you could have at night was tapas in the bar it is Dublin and their Guinness tap was not working
