Bed was comfortable
Cold, full Irish breakfast
The road leaving the hotel!
There was no hot water in the room in the morning in order to take a shower. I allowed the shower to run for 20 minutes, but still no hot water. The room was cold and damp. I was located in the old part of the hotel. The hotel needed updating and the room was shabby and tired. I arrived late and checked out very early because of the facilities and not be able to take a shower. Very disappointed. I informed the check-out staff who just looked at me blankly and said it was not their problem. Won't be visiting this hotel.
None of us ear breakfast but it looked excellent and smelled beautiful and fresh. My husband choose to try the lunch menu, I have never seen so much food put on his plate? No-one could eat there and say they didn’t get enough food piled on their plates! In the evenings we chose to eat from the bar menu it was suburb, everything was so fresh, tasted amazing. My son who has allergies was well catered for? he went down to lunch spoke with the staff and the chef told him that if their wasn’t anything they had prepared for lunch suitable for him they would make him anything on their menu. I was always told “when you visit any country look for the restaurants/bars where you see the local people eating in” you won’t go wrong!
Good price, good location, lovely staff, good food, fixed our twin room to double room even though it was my mistake.
Bathroom was a bit small but nothing wrong with it!
Staff very amazing on arrival. Room was spotless. Breakfast great value for money.
Bar staff were under alot of pressure so they were a bit snappy.
Location
Tv didnt work....Room very small
The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was so friendly and helpful the diner also was really nice and the room was comfortable.
We ordered room service for dinner and the staff were helpful, friendly and the food was good! We got the Irish burger and vegetable stir fry.
The design of the shower didn't have a door so it made for quite a cold shower.
Very accomadating and provided me with early check in as i was tired after a long journey from Donegal

Lovely friendly place and staff, Great breakfast as much as you like great selection. Good rooms and comfortable beds.
nothing all good
Great buffet breakfast and evening meal at the bar was on the whole very nice, the rooms are comfortable, not over large but ok for me and my partner, staff were lovely and helpful and friendly to my partner who was visiting Ireland for the first time. Adequate parking on site (i never was stuck for a space), and Lucan is a short drive away if you fancied a night out or a meal (Carrols steak on the stone would be my recommendation, we visit at least once every time we stay).
Quite pricey especially if your used to Airb&b i think they cater for travelling workers who get the usual 150 Euro a night allowance, and Lucan is a stiff walk away skirting the busy motorway.
Excellent Staff, Food and Value for money
Shower space is very compact
The kitchen staff were supper friendly and the food was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel; though the hill was steep I managed and it was easier than expected to get there from the airport. It was walking distance to a nice trail and park.
I wasn't a fan of the size of the bathrooms, I couldn't use the bathroom without banging my shoulder - I imagined something advertised as a spa would have more spa like bathrooms. The shower had hair on the walls so I had to do a bit of cleaning. It also looks like the sheets weren't changed, the bed was just re-made. The heater didn't work in the room, but they did send up a separate radiator. In an already small room it took up a lot of space and was kinda dangerous because it was super hot. . Maybe I didn't read the fine print but those were the things I noticed. For being in such a small town and isolated place I think complimentary breakfast should be included with that price.
Really friendly staff around the hotel. We were able to check-in early, plenty of parking, room was quiet despite being next to freeway.
Hotel is dated but amenties all fine. Not super walk-able due to needing to cross the freeway back into town.
Rooms spacious and spotless
Bar only opens at 3
Lovely hotel, i stay here often and the rooms are spotless and the staff very helpful.
Price was fair. Facility was clean and warm.
Bar staff were poor. It felt like they did not want to be there. Little interaction and very slow at taking drinks orders. .
