Location great, comfortable bed, great breakfast, beautiful rooms
Not a lot of space in rooms and you have to be able to walk stairs
Staff were professional n friendly. As I was traveling on a long overnight flight they accomadated me with early check in.
Can’t fault this property. Great location, a few minutes walk to the main area - Grafton Street. The staff are incredible, they go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Stunning room and one of the best breakfasts of our trip. Highly recommend
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They prompted called us when our room was available earlier than scheduled. They were also courteous to hold our luggage so that we could walk around while they were getting our room ready.
Nothing. it was an awesome experience.
Lovely room, beautiful peaceful yet so close to everything location, friendly helpful staff, 2 eateries linked to the property made dining so easy and delicious breakfast in the morning with no need to go any further. Great pub very nearby O'Donaghues.
Nothing...all excellent. Be aware that there are a fair few stairs to climb but as long as forewarned not an issue. And the staff happy to carry any bags up and down.
Excellent central location and a very clean, comfortable room.
The only downside was the constant ventilation noise on the top floor, which made it harder to fall asleep.
Beautiful property and location. Breakfast was fantastic
Steps to higher level rooms
Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast service was incredible. Felt right at home.
Only heads up for folks is that rooms require you to walk about a few flights of stairs.
Beautiful decor & perfect location. Fantastic staff, especially Edgar.
A lot of stairs, but that’s to be expected with this type of historical building. Elevator goes to most rooms, but not top two where we were.
Fantastic stay! Great location, staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Will be coming back!
Location, property restaurants. Comfortable. Appreciate accommodating early check-in.
Can't think of a thing!
Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location couldn’t be more convenient for our interests and sight-seeing. Staff was polite and helpful.
We did not have streaming services available in our room (i.e., Netflix) and the staff was unable to fix it. We paid for a service we never received. We felt communication with the staff was challenging, at times.
It was a very pleasant stay for us. The staff were very friendly, they let us stow our luggage when we arrived early and escorted us to our room when we checked in, and let us know about all of the amenities that were available. We were upgraded to one of the nicer high-level rooms that overlooked the Green and it was very clean, nicely decorated, very spacious, and it had a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The entire building was charming; it's a converted townhouse from I think the 1790s and it has that style of decoration. The complementary cookies that were waiting for us in our room were a nice touch; they were tasty. The breakfast, served in the first-floor restaurant, was good and I enjoyed it.
Being on the top floor meant a lot of stairs. It was a bit of a workout climbing those flights of stairs. The elevator is rather superfluous as it only goes up one floor or so; the staff sent us up in it when we checked in, but we didn't bother with it afterwards. Anyone who has difficulty walking up stairs should get a lower-level room and refuse an upgrade or, unfortunately, look elsewhere.
Everything about Townhouse on the Green was exceptional. The location, staff, and breakfast were all 5 star.
Great location with charming decorations and a delicious breakfast
Needed better instructions on the parking
Location was great. Close to car rental.
No outlets for hairdryer in bathroom. Otherwise, excellent.
The hotel restaurant was stunningly beautiful and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had on vacation (and did I mention it was included in the price!). The room's professionally designed, luxurious finishes lavished us in beauty and comfort. Sparklingly clean, the bathroom was also finished with marble, rich wallpaper and designer touches that made it feel special. Waters, soft drinks, teas and snacks in the room was all included. The hotel and restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient to St. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street, and just a 15 minute walk from the Temple Bar area and the river. I want to return to Dublin just to stay here again. Enjoy your visit!
There were a lot of stairs to get to our room, which made for good exercise and was fine with us but it could be a challenge for some.
