    Pros +

    • comfort and cleanness
    • Very good facilities and comfort and location.
    • I stayed one evening and I would rebook if I’m back in town again. Comfortable beds, staff was wonderful, privacy curtains, the the building was clean

    Cons -

    • - Lockers are loud- You can feel the movement on the other bunks- There's only one toilet sit and one shower on the floor i was staying
    • The surrounding neighborhood feels a little seedy. The facilities feel cramped. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked, the hot water didn’t work and the shower was moldy.
    • Somewhat a dodge location... Some beggars were throwing stuff behind me as I was walking back to the hostel from Tesco. The elevator and stair hallway were smelling like garbage chute.Feels old

Located a 10-15 minute walk from a lot of Dublin attractions. An affordable place to stay for a night or two in Dublin.

The surrounding neighborhood feels a little seedy. The facilities feel cramped. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked, the hot water didn’t work and the shower was moldy.

    Good central location.

Very good accommodation and facilities. Plenty of hot water in the mornings for washing etc. and good breakfast fare laid on in a friendly environment.

    Great location, quiet, clean.

It was really cold in the room.

The only thing I can put as something I liked was bed- it is comfortable. There is only 1 woman toilet at the floor, 1 for man and 1 for disabled. Four 8-bed rooms - 3 toilets?! There is nothing bright in this place as it is presented at those photos. For me personaly, location area was not that pleasant to walk around when it is dark.

Great staff, close to the city center and secure underground parking !

    Bathrooms could be refreshed/refubrished .

bed was comfortable, showers clean, roommates were nice.

    - i stayed in female dorm, window was broken (could not be closed) and it is a winter outside (!), but due to strong heating in the room, temperature was just balanced inside :D resources are not spent smartly here :D - breakfast was bad, coffee was disgusting instant one. - extra 4 euros for towels (i payed 57 for one night already for just a dorm, so obviously it was not enough)

Got there early and they kept my bags while I explored the city until I could check in. One of the comfiest beds I've stayed in at a hostel and good privacy in the rooms with the curtained bunks. Great location, especially if you're going to see a show at Vicar Street, as it's two blocks away.

The storage lockers under the bed are incredibly inconvenient, loud, and you have to pull them all the way out to use them which takes up all of the walking space. The elevator is currently out of service.

    10EdgarasPosted on: 11-26-2025

Plenty of room to work and stay there after checkout, silent room, great kitchen with a fridge and everything you need to cook, and if you forgot to get some food they do provide fruit, bread, jam, cereal and milk for breakfast :-) the room is basic and for a tall person the bottom bed wouldn't be super convenient, but I'm not tall so all good! The checkin with the staff Caroline was smooth, and the personnel is as well. Great option for frugal people for sure!

We had a great stay, Caroline was super helpful and made check in/out super easy. Good location and great facilities.

    8KathleenPosted on: 11-18-2025

The beds were comfortable. The grates under the bed were large.

Common area couches and chairs where extremely dirty.

    8LarsPosted on: 11-15-2025

It was comfortable, warm and mostly clean. Nice and quiet at night.

There was some kind of loud mechanism outside our window which made a clunking noise all through the night. The elevator was also broken
