Pros +
- Clean and quiet.
- Hotel employee was nice and the room was clean but it's in an older house. We could hear a lot of what was going on throughout the house and in other rooms.
- Great location, helpful staff, lovely B&B.
Cons -
- No breakfast on the weekend
- I guess there was an option to book with the breakfast and without. She said I booked without, however looking back at the price I would have never paid $--- for just a room and no breakfast. Just be careful what you book.
- Breakfast is not included.

The hosts were friendly and helpful and the room and facilities were very comfortable. We were able to manage bus travel as explained to this location vey well.
The other guests were obviously not informed of quiet after a reasonable hour as there was some noise during the night.
