Great location, nice sized room. Powerful hot shower

The bathroom was massive with a tub

The bed could have been better I woke up with it sore and had to get a massage

Great location to Connolly Station and then to City Centre. As described with very simple check in and friendly staff.

Little noise of traffic outside but didn't stop me sleeping

I’s incredibly noisy, especially at night. You can hear footsteps from the floor above amd the outside noise from the streets is absolutely off the charts.

I loved how clean the room and reception was. It easy to access the city from the hotel. Majority of the staff were helpful.

The night porter wasn’t the most polite. There was a small menu in the bar; but the burger was delicious.

The staff was super kind, they kept our luggage at the end of our stay. The room was nice, comfortable, and had all the necessary facilities. Bed were comfortable, toilet was spacious. I spent there two nights and they cleaned the room and replaced the towels during this time! The position is close to the center, 5 mins walk from the spire and 15 mins from Temple BarThe hotel is warm and welcoming, very recommended.

During the first night we had people arguing outside our window, it wasn’t very much sound isolating but that’s all.

It was very clean and spacious , the staff were very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing.

Really good location, everything accessible by foot.The beds were really comfy and the staff really kind.

The shower was a bit of a challenge to get warm and the sink was not that good constructed.

I stay there quiet often , the location is excellent, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable

The Guinness was not good and the food this time was nice every other time it was fantastic

Room was on ground floor. Even though it was safe, it was not the best feeling knowing but everything was fine

Worst night sleep ever due to building work going on all night when this was raised to reception they told us as we were checking out that they had told them to stop now which is too late and certainly wasn’t worth the £300 I spent for the night

A great location. Staff are always welcoming. Rooms are clean.

The trainings close by so if you are on that side of the building it can be a little noisy. Not excessive though if you keep the window closed.

Staff, Bar/Restaurant

Basically no sound dampening. Loud other guests, trains running by and simply people walking around made it difficult to sleep. Very strange shower and no Hair Dryer

Handy location for access to the city centre. Subsidised parking for those driving. Great value for money. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Very helpful front of house staff.Excellent public transport links (Dart, Luas and Bus Station).
