    Pros +

    • Location, quietness and cleanliness. Met and exceeded my expectations
    • Great location, hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful . In a very central area of Dublin but the hotel was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
    • Simple, stylish, clean, central. Generally very comfortable. The bed was comfortable.

    Cons -

    • Absolutely nothing.
    • The room was quite small but very clean, warm and comfortable. A minor point but pastries were put on the table as soon as you sat down, by the time you looked on the menu and your tea or coffee came to the table, the pastries were cold - some days they were hard and inedible - however, the staff did bring a fresh plate of pastries when I asked. Coffee was in small cups, and while you could ask for another, I think it would be better to put a cafetiere on the table; this would free up time for waiting staff.
    • Could hear a lot of the city outside and was loud but I live in countryside at home so may be because I’m used to it being silent.

    Nice breakfast, great location

Room was extremely noisy as there is an industrial air source heat pump outside the bedroom window which is only single glazed. Would have been helpful to warn people of this prior to their stay or at least provide ear plugs.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, cooked breakfasts that went beyond standard hotel fare. Room was very comfortable though compact. Location was excellent, right in the heart of city centre.

    Location is excellent

Breakfast times were dealt with too tightly (finishing at 10) it was felt as if we were being stood over to leave. On another day I was 1 minute late for breakfast and refused entry not even offered a coffee I think this could be improved

Really amazing stay. Clean and comfortable. City centre location but was lovely and peaceful at night. Definitely would stay again.

    Great location and great breakfast.

Needs a spruce up in some areas, towels were very thin, a lot of cobwebs and dust in room.

    7TraciePosted on: 1-22-2026

The room was lacking in a desk, so for business use it was limiting and the to had very limited channels reliant on screen mirroring which didn’t work.

    As above

Modern comfort in a old building Excellent breakfast served at your table in a comfortable dining room Additional lobby room across the street, useful for working. Cosy rooms excellently designed to make a the most of the compact space. Ironing board makes a good temporary desk :)

No option to use own steaming services in TV

The hotel is charming and beautiful and situated in the center of Dublin near major sites of interest. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was exceedingly helpful. Breakfast was excellent. A very lovely hotel overall.

A beautifully finished hotel; a comfortable and well appointed room; lovely breakfast and in a very central but yet quiet location.

    8JillPosted on: 1-15-2026

The room was very pleasant. Very good location.

The breakfast was mediocre. The fruit while fresh, had been prepared well in advance of breakfast serving. The vegan breakfast choice was poor - a scraping of guacamole with what appeared to be tinned mushrooms on top.

Proximity to city centre and cleanliness

I felt the staff at breakfast appeared to be slow and lacking experience Plenty staff there but appeared to be no system in place. We had breakfast between 9 - 9.30 am

We got a lovely upgrade . The. Bedroom room was on the third floor and just note there is no lift. This is a beautiful restored Georgian building.
