Bathroom … the door to dorm room difficult to close/lock. Need another bathroom in hallway if the dorm, for when the dorm bathroom occupied ( for long time)

Friendly staff. Great well equipped kitchen. Brilliant central location and so near the buses and luas and train stations.

No freezer for my ice cream!!

The location is very convenient, and the staff are friendly

- The room is close to the road, so it can be a bit loud if people are talking on the street at night, but it gets quiet after midnight- It would be nice if there were curtains around the bed, because one of my roommates comes back very late, and when I get up at 7:30 in the morning, she prevents me from turning on my own bed light, which is a bit of a nuisance

Great location, pretty much everything in the city is within walking distance. Very reasonable price. Everything was clean and they had every amenity I needed. The bed was decently big and very comfy. Check in and checkout was very easy. Staff were ok. One in particular was really nice. Another wasn't exactly "friendly," but he did his job well without complaining. So I guess I can't complain too much. Bathroom was fine. Shower was good, plenty of hot water and good pressure. But there's no shelf to put your shampoo and stuff, mildly annoying. Make sure you bring a bar of soap for the shower. That was the one thing they didn't provide and that I also didn't think to bring. Overall, I'd say this place was "good enough," especially relative to what I paid.

The room was pretty cramped. I was in a room with 4 beds. It was hard to pack/unpack and have enough room for all my stuff. Moving around wasn't always easy, and it got especially difficult if even one of my roommates was in the room as well. The worst part was the air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open in order for the room to be cool enough to sleep in. It was especially bad the first night (I stayed for 2 nights). I wish they'd given me more than one pillow (couldn't bring my own because it wouldn't fit in my luggage with all my other stuff). I also wish they didn't make me pay for towels. But it was only 1 euro, so it's not like they were bankrupting me.

Location is excellent—very close to the bus station to the airport, within walking distance to all major spots, and in a safe area. The kitchen is clean, staff are friendly, and the room comes with a luggage storage and a safety box. Overall, a very nice stay!

Just one niggling detail. The coin operated lockers need to work, to keep stuff secure when you are off touristing

The staff were super nice, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was just perfect with sufficient hot water. Great location too!
