- I lost my passport, and the receptionists found it like detectives. Then I changed rooms and I forgot things in my previous room. The cleaning lady was really very nice and she put what I forgot in the room on the shelf in the room. The receptionists were very helpful, too. Thank you very much!

Cons -
- Thought I had to hire a towel and did so only to find my room came with towels, the reception could have told me my room had towels, room a bit pricey
- I do not recommend this place.During our stay, the heating did not work, even though it was clearly listed as an amenity at the time of booking. The staff informed us that the heating operates for 4 hours and then is turned off for the next 4 hours. When I book accommodation with heating, I expect it to be available at all times, not only every few hours. In addition, there was visible mold on the windows and in the corners of the room, which is absolutely unacceptable. Throughout our stay the radiators were not working at all — it took about 3 hours to get one of them working.During the repair, the bathroom and the room were flooded, and no one from the staff cleaned up afterward or offered any solution to the situation. The overall standard of the property and the staff’s response were far below expectations. I do not recommend this place.
- I like everything it's a great hostel with brilliant staff and management .if you have a early flight or you want to experience temple bar etc stay here

Everything if you're staying in dublin and you want be in the centre of the city give this a try you won't be disappointed

Great location near Temple Bar, staff were helpful and available, and the people who stayed were sociable and friendly. The lounge was a cool area with table tennis, pool, and foosball. I also appreciated the cage under the bed to keep stuff, but bring your own lock. Free wifi too.
The room just smelled terrible. Very thick smell of sweat and dirt. Every time I opened the door to the hostel room, it just hit my face in the worst way possible. The room was also quite hot. Granted, all this was in the 34-person room, so I'm sure the other rooms are much better. But it was so bad, I dreaded returning to the room at the end of the day.

Kitchen closed at 10 and can't make tea freely. No free anything anymore. Used to be a free breakfast. No milk, tea or coffee provided. Hammock room with no hammocks, reading room locked, bar closed and taking up previous seating space. Bad atmosphere with a lot of weird people staying there. In a basement . Crap over priced breakfast
the property was very central to monuments and public transport, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff were lovely and informative
Good location
No parking near, rooms are very cold at night, the other roommates didn't care about the roles of being quiet.
Very affordable, clean and central
More mirrors needed near sockets
Good value for breakfast.Great location , comfortable room, even if small. Exactly what we needed , and we would stay again.
Hair dryers are available by request. However , they don't seem to ensure that hairdryers are returned in a timely manner so they may not be available when needed. There is a emergency lighting system.I would assume that has a constant green light on which bathes the room in said green light at night period they are kind enough to provide a freeze sleep mask, however.Overalls very competent hoteliers.
It was right on the water, when you stepped out you were right in the heart of the city. The beds had good privacy, and the rooms were nice and dark. There was a lot of space as well. The staff were very nice and personable and the shared spaces were great, and very clean
It was kind of a maze inside, so it’s possible you could be placed far from a female restroom. You had to pay for your bags to be behind a counter, otherwise they were in an unsupervised room and anyone could walk in.
Good location, the kitchen, new showers with hot water, nice staff.
This is a perfect location for early Aircoach / Citylink / Dublin Express service to / from the airport or other cites. I arrived early and get to leave my luggage there for free price check-in (while in a more public luggage storage area; you have to option to pay for more secure storage) and enjoy public facilities already; the room actually surprised me as I had been given full set of towels (thickest / fluffiest I've seen in hostels)! just mind that Dublin by the river is a pretty busy area so you might hear police cars / ambulances sound at night. I live in Ireland myself and I would love to come back while running errands in Dublin City.
The management, the facilities and how clean it was
I had the bad luck of having a drug addict as a roommate, so it was not pleasant nor i felt safe. When i communicated this situation, immediately they remediate it and move her out of the room but i have encountered her again in the common rooms. That wasn’t really nice, but after 2 nights or so, they kicked her out. Besides that, the stay was great, but i felt unsafe and uncomfortable that ninght
The fact that you could hold your storage in there, the fact you could access all the facilities bar the room hours earlier and the fact it was in a perfect location.
It was very clean, there were many bathrooms, and the kotchen was very equipped.
Extremely central. Right next to the Luas and Dart. Beds had curtains. Plug sockets in the bed.
A bit pricy for a 2 night stay.
I like comfort in the hostel, very nice and useful kitchen, nice common areas, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent location, everything is around the corner.
The staff were all very nice. The location is great with lots of transport options nearby as well as shops and restaurant/fastfood. Hostel has great facilities as well.
Reception decent, good solid mattresses and clean and well maintained.
