Pros +
- Decent sized rooms and parking
- The breakfast service and pub were the best parts.
- Quiet, friendly, clean, comfortable, interesting local shops, short frequent bus ride to city centre. Good bar/restaurant attached
Cons -
- Breakfast was convenient but used low quality ingredients, I suppose it?s a gamble with free breakfast. Better to explore Dublin?s vibrant breakfast scene. Hotel is a maze and room was a distance from the front entrance.
- The mattress was as hard as a rock and the room didn¿t have any temperature control. In addition the heat of the shower did not get very hot.
- Not really. Being picky - fresh fruit rather than tinned would be better at breakfast, but food was good

Perfect location, warm room (and without the carpet - very important), professional staff...this is the second time I come back and I will go again in the future.
The hotel was clean and comfortable the food was delicious staff lovely and helpful.
My son was in a single room he had to sleep in his clothes as there was no heating on in his room the heating seemed to come on in the morning . Room 310
Nice room, not hypermodern good ambience, food was very good, quiet night, despite central location.
No heating in the room , very cold ! Air conditioning did not work , we asked reception for any help 3 x . The man said that it will work in 15min, than in 45 min … it never did - bad experience.
No heating ! Very expensive for such an average old hotel room .
Breafast was good. I had scrambled eggs and bacon. My husband had full irish. Little choice of pastries.
There could have been a bigger pastry/scone choice. I was down at 9 and there were just a few mini croissants.
The breakfast was outstanding
The location was rather far form central Dublin, it was a little inaccessible to carry luggage many stairs.
The breakfast was delicious and a nice variety of choice. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms had a nice set up. The staff was fabulous.
The location and the courtesy of the staff. In addition to this, the room was so warm and nice!
Nothing. All was perfect
Helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast that came with the room booking. Comfy bed and nicely sized room. Very much enjoyed my stay!
Nothing bad to say about the property. Decent distance to town. Was far from where I was visiting, however there were buses nearby.
Cute building with excellent breakfast
No amenities besides the room itself
Great staff, good breakfast
Spare bed looked like someone had slept in it, so we couldn't use it.
The room was well furnished, very comfortable bed. Excellent walk in shower, lovely hot shower. Water supplied in the room was a bonus. Very clean
The breakfast was a good offer, but took quite a long time to come and some of it was quite tepid. The cold help yourself bits were excellent, with a good variety. The tea was a lovely large pot, so they are onto a good start, but the cooked breakfast needs to be better with all items at same level of heat.
overpriced
No hot water in the showers (which no one seemed to care about)
Good location for tram into Dublin City
Was a bit dated, but overall very comfortable
Lovely hotel set in a great building, comfortable rooms with a delightfully airy and bright dining room. Rathmines is of course a wonderful area, near the centre with Beechwood LUAS an 8 minute walk.
Nothing, all good.
The bar was good, traditional and lively with lovely staff.Room acceptable. Breakfast excellent
Location quite far out. Bed hard. Expensive for what you get
I left too early for the included breakfast but they kindly packed a pickup bag. Staff were friendly
Its a little dated but clean.
