Pros +
- Quiet, historic, great breakfast, walkable to many options.

Cons -
- The windows- I wish we could Have opened them Wider to allow for better airflow.
- We had no hot water for 24 hours and had to take freezing cold showers.
- Very poor quality towels, tissues, and toilet paper. No hooks on any doors- in the case of very small rooms, hooks can be a saving grace!

Shockingly good breakfast! Very friendly and polite staff. Close to Dublin sites.

Staff friendly and welcoming; Especially Manager and wait staff  both extended hospitality to us from the first day. Pleasant staff overall. No problems. All guest interactions we observed were professional.
No. This hotel experience exceeded our expectations.
The staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast is the best weâ≢ve ever had in Ireland, restaurants included. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here on every trip to Dublin!
The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was excellent
It was difficult to get luggage up to room on the third floor.
Great location , staff and breakfast !
No lift
Charming B&B with excellent customer service and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast service was very good. It is located outside of the city center, but the location allowed a peaceful night's sleep.
As with most B&B's of this type, there is no lift and requires a walk up many flights of stairs. The staff was always happy to assist in carrying baggage up and down the stairs for me.
Hotel staff was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Location is fantastic and everything is walkable. Breakfast was quite nice ass well.
While there is parking, it is more a leave your keys as they negotiate some space and not a true parking lot. That worked for us just fine, but was still something a bit unexpected and so should be noted as it did throw my husband off.
Great location and parking available
Small room but met our needs. Also, room smelled like bleach but at least we knew it was cleaned
Staff provided us with directions to meet our walking tour and were very helpful. Had a flat tire which they changed and found us a garage to fix the tire. Easy walking distance of sites. Went above and beyond to meet our needs. Room great.
The staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was so good. And they accommodated our early morning requests the first day. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is very quiet at night.
The fact that there was no elevator took some getting used to (it is an old Georgian House, after all!). And the shower was very small. The lighting in the room could be better for someone wanting to put on makeup.
Great location. Lovely old quirky house. Excellent reception, waiting and cleaning staff. Would stay here again.
Only booking for 1 night!
Friendly staff
Location and the building itself where great.
So cute, love the layout and the breakfast!
