Location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing. Paul the manger was wonderful and so helpful with lots recommendations for where to go. Would 100% come again.
Handy location for Dublin and great value for money. Friendly check-in, felt very personal. We did have to pre-arrange a set time for check-in as the bistro was closed over the christmas period.
It is close to the tram line/bars which didn't bother us but there is some noise overnight to note if this is something that really bothers you.
Best stay in Dublin. Great location, stunning rooms and the hosts were very friendly and great to talk to - make sure you pop down for a pint of Guinness and a chat.
The room was clean.
We booked a double bed room and were put in the Oliver room with a small mattress in a tiny room with barely enough room for our luggage (2 suitcases and 2 backpacks). I don't think the same price should be charged for the Oliver room as the other double bed rooms.
clean, good amenities and good location
our room was very small so was a bit of a squeeze for two of us trying to get ready etc
The staff was incredible! Check in was a breeze. The location was perfect within walking distance to everything touristy. Big shout out to Dave and all the lads in the pub! Made me feel so welcome and had lots of tips on where to go and how to get there.
There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom which was ok however it would have been nice to have a mirror in the room area so I could dry my hair
The Townhouse is beautiful and charming, and Paul and the other staff were all extremely friendly and helpful! Especially considerate with our arrival time (coming in from Canada, Paul opened the place early so we could leave our bags and get situated before official check-in time.)
Honestly everything was 9/10, only reason for the mission point is the train outside is pretty loud and runs all night. But we got used to it! Just not something I was expecting.
Great location near the Liffey, light rail and Guinness store house
Bed was super comfy. Loved the tea kettle and window seat. Small room, but has all you need. Location was excellent. Easy to find. A bit of a walk from the town center or a quick ride with the tram.
All good
Great location, tidy room and facilities, warm, responsive hosts
Location, proximity to transport and food; warm staff, pleasant room- slept very well
Great little renovated hotel over a bar ( very Irish). The Bar staff were really friendly and offered me a free drink. Which I enjoyed. This place is in a great location. And check in& out was easy.
Paul was incredibly kind and even let us leave our baggage before 4 PM, which made our trip much easier. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and made our stay really enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again!
It was a bit noisy at night because of the train and traffic, so we couldn’t sleep with the window open. However, once the window was closed it was completely quiet, and there were two fans provided so it stayed cool.
Location was absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic. The food was incredible and good value. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean I would definitely stay here again. It was a brilliant location the Louis KS right outside the property & It's close to every thing the city has to offer
The mattress was too big for the frame of the bed so it was up over the bed on one side. I was in the room with the picture of Brendan Bean and the toilet seat cover kept popping off the toilet.
Beautifully decorated. Easy enough to get to main attractions of Dublin. Airport bus close by so my 4am transfer wasn't a problem. Needed my toilet fixed while I was there and Paul was wonderfully responsive.
Room did get warm in July so thankful there was an upright fan to put in the window. Breakfast would have been nice at this price point.
We loved how welcoming the staff was from the beginning! The actual building is extremely well kept. We appreciated the attention to details - welcome drinks, having tea/coffee/water in the room, robes, etc.
The only thing was how small our room was - it would have been okay for a single person, but it was tight for a couple with bags.
Clean.
Nowhere to drop bags before 4 unless you go 2 stops down and then pay to leave bags. 6 Euros a bag. Room was humid and stifling, we had friends that had a room that was cool and they loved the place so take what you will. The stairs are narrow and steep for carrying luggage.
