Location was the best option to be in the heart of temple bar

could hear the live music through the floor (but that was expected)

Wi-fi signal was very weak inside the room. We spoke to front desk but they were unable to resolve it.

clean and location was great also the desk staff was ere great

the noise even with the windows closed was ridiculous- there should be earplugs available in the room

Staff tried to be accommodating as the music from the bar across the street was remarkably loud and we could hear every word from the people in the room beside us (everything). They moved us to another room but the music problem persisted.

paper thin walls, music from outside (you could feel it in your chest so ear buds didn't help too much)

Front desk Staff were very sweet and helpful.

Hair conditioner was NOT provided. Shampoo and body wash was pink hand soap. I had to find a pharmacy as soon as I checked in for proper shampoo and conditioner.

The location of the hotel is the best! Central to the bars and sights!

Being central to all the action in the city, it is pretty loud lol.

The location here is amazing period you're right in the middle of Temple city and there's stuff happening everywhere

Make sure you have ear plugs as you are literally right about the bar (I was on first floor) and the party echoes through the building.

The location was great. They also let us check our bags in before our room was ready so we didn't have to tote them around.

Because of the great location, it was a bit noisier at night time. Hotel itself was great.

The bed was not in great condition and the tea/coffee was undrinkable.

Outdated facilities, old furniture and beds.

Staff was amazing!!! Hotel employee was also excellent at the bar.

I got bitten by some mysterious bugs while in my room. I told the manager and was told that I would be moved and compensated by 10% of my price. It took a whole day and a half to be moved and they recanted on financial compensation and implied I lied.

The hotel was noisy due to the bar underneath. The front desk staff wouldn't tell the people to be quiet at 3 a.m. on the street. I barely slept and so it was a waste of money.

Great location with wonderful bar with great live music. Hotel staff friendly and accomodating.

Toilet bowl was not clean. Furniture is worn and old. Mattress impossibly lumpy and hard. Like sleeping on a box spring. Parking and luggage unloading a nightmare..nothing close by.

Though centrally located, my room faced the main street in the Temple Bar where the pubs stay open until the early hours and lots of noise. Hotel somewhat dingy, frayed carpet, rooms small and dark.

It is located right in the heart of Temple Bar area.

Room was quite small but I was only there 2 nights so it was not a big factor.

The good news is the hotel is in Temple Bar so you are close to the action.

The bad news is the hotel is in Temple Bar so you are close to the action. All. The. Time. The noise from the hotel wasn't bad. The street level shouting and street performer with an electric guitar just below on the street was a bit too much.

The balcony and the view was amazing!
