    Pros +

    • This was an excellent choice for my husband and I as we were within walking distance to most attractions, etc. The washer/dryer in the room is a plus, but lessor should give instructions on how to use since these types of machines are few in the US.
    • Location to everything. Had kitchen area.
    • The young woman at the desk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

    Cons -

    • The location was a little noisy. Pillows weren't very comfortable
    • It was a lot smaller than I imagined. If I was a solo traveler or just staying a night or two it would have been fine. But me, my husband, and son were there a week and it was very cramped quarters with no place to put our stuff. I think the good reviews are warranted, but for my particular needs it wasn't right.
    • Shower mess after each use. S poor design.

Perfect location! Both of our rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom worked for us. Would recommend for a short stay of 1-2 nights - there is no place to store clothes, and the rooms are truly small, no bigger than a normal hotel room (even if called a loft studio). Pleasant surprise: no noise from the busy street to the 4th floor.

You end up living from the suitcase since there are no shelves or closets for your stuff. Doesn’t work for a longer stay in my view. Suggestion: add some shelves. We had 6 hangers for 2 people to which you had to also hang your coats wet from the rain – so practically no place to store your clothes. In the other room there was no hairdryer. Reported this after the first night but unfortunately, we got one only during the last day. The tiny kitchenette doesn’t have any light, except for the exhauster when you pull it out – horrible noise even if you just need to wash dishes. Soundproof from the street but not at all to the corridor. You can hear everything said in the corridor – and practically in front of your door everything you say inside can be heard. It is up to luck, if you have a quiet stay or not.

    Good location, comfortable.

We had a hard time figuring out the shower and there was not enough hot water.

    10SinsPosted on: 10-13-2025

Room was excellent and extremely comfortable. Location is ideal.

It was difficult taking a shower because of the tilt of the floor. The drainage slant was not sufficient to keep lots of water from going all over.

The location was perfect for a Dublin sightseeing stay and the staff were very helpful. We qualified for a free stout at a well known pub and enjoyed some great "pub grub" there.

There was some miscommunication about transport from the airport to the property. It was resolved with a phone call.

Terrific location, is easy to walk to all sights and shopping but still quiet at night in the room. Has charm too.

Great location and facilities. These are well designed apartments and surprisingly quite considering the the very busy streets below.

It was a bit involved to get the key code since we booked on the same day and arrived after 6 PM. We had not got instructions in email and had to spend some time outside the building door calling customer service. The process required us to download an app and also have a confirmed credit card transaction before getting the app to function.

The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and the woman at the front desk was nice. The sound-proofing was amazing considering we had live music playing outside both the bedroom and the bathroom windows.

We specifically selected this because it has an elevator. We were spending the night after touring Ireland for 2 weeks before our flight left the next morning. We had 4 heavy pieces of luggage that we had to lug up 75 stairs!! I heard 3 other guests complaining about the elevator too. Apparently it has been broken down for weeks. I definitely would NOT have selected this place had I known about the elevator.

Location was awesaome. So glad we were able to stash bags before and after we checked in - that was really helpful. Room was nice and quiet. Very comfortable.

Our room had a fire door seperating the entry, the room and the bathroom which was a little odd - but it worked out.

Location and bed were great, overall loved it!

Room was a little small, no place to put your stuff. Bathroom door would not close properly. Lighting in bathroom not very good. Water can flood bathroom floor if you’re not careful.

the location was great and the bed was comfortable

the room was so tiny we could barely fit our suitcases. it also smelt funny on our level

    Will not stay here again.

The room and hallway had very poor ventilation, so the air felt heavy and stuffy throughout my stay. In the evenings, noise from street performances came straight through the windows, and the thin walls meant I could also hear conversations and movement from the rooms next door. It made it hard to relax, so I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Right in the middle of everything, but extremely quiet. Comfortable bed and generally well-appointed.

Listing implies washer available, but details for Loft unit doesn't include that - check the details.

    Location and convenience

The room looked bigger in pictures and I thought we had two beds, but it was a fold away wall bed w no sheets or covers evident anywhere. None of the appliances worked and there was no way to get more drinking water - a refill station for water bottles would be a good idea.

We loved the location, and it was a miracle that it was soundproof being right on Grafton Street. In the summer, the AC is a huge benefit.

The cot for the third person was uncomfortable, but that’s our only complaint. Also, note that the luggage room is small if you plan to drop your things before check-in.
