- It was fairly convenient, clean and staff was great to work with, especially, we used their free concierge services to plan our day as well as get Recommendations for restaurants and bars around, Patrick and Abraham were excellent to work with.
- Very good location, it is the best thing of the hotel. Lively scene as well. The room was not special but clean, good, sufficient. Breakfast is superb.

- We were given a room for persons with special needs so it lacked a door to the bathroom which is very uncomfortable. Apart form that, good spacious room (for London).
