- Security is great, felt safe
- The location is perfect. Very close to King's Cross Station, plus lots of decent pubs/eateries, and also on a very quiet street. Staff are lovely. You can leave bags here when checking out if you're spending the last day in London sightseeing.
- Situation, friendly staff and nice room

- Small room by us standers
- The bathroom is absolutely tiny, it wouldn't suit larger-bodied people.
