- Air conditioning did not work, had to move my room. And then the new room's air didn't work either. Concierge, front desk, and housekeeping rarely answered their phones forcing me to go downstairs in person for my needs. Service was awful.
- The bed in my room was horrid! It was so soft you couldn't roll over. One day my room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon while I was in the room. I saw the maid use a dirty bath towel to wipe the drinking glass I had used and place it back on the tray.

The location was convenient, the staff accommodating.
