- exceeded expectations. Clean room. Very friendly staff.
- Room lovely. Bath in London hotel rooms (as well as shower) unusual and v welcome. Little balcony area. Spacious. Nice gentleman at check in. Quiet - not paper-thin walls, like you often get.
- The location being 1 min walk from the tube (train) station.
Cons -
- Having to do a £75 credit card imprint. No 24 hour reception or check in - 11pm latest and for a fee. No breakfast - or if so, no information about it.
- The hot water and water are sporadic.Sometimes there's no hot water, or no water at all in the shower.The room is overall unclean.The floors squeak/crack when you walk on them. There's no A/C, no lift.
- No lobby. Reception desk at top of stairs. Dragging our luggage up 5 flights of stairs to our room. The toilet didn¿t flush properly and it was very hot. The room itself was fairly clean with lot¿s of towels and fairly good beds.
