- Location was perfect and the rooms were pretty spacious. I also loved the architecture of the hotel.
- What an amazing stay! From the time we arrived until the time we left we had nothing but an exceptional experience. Great location, great staff, room cleaned daily and everyone made our stay very nice, zero complaints.
- New/clean. Comfortable. Great staff. Good price for rooms.
Cons -
- Sometimes it seemed like the staff were not all on one accord. Despite this, everyone I encountered was very nice. I had to request for my bedding to be changed because apparently they do not change bedding until after 4days.
- No complimentary water bottles
- Pretty much I would stay there again if I am lucky enough to go back to London. The eggs at the buffet breakfast was less than steller. I love eggs, and the eggs were left to be desired. Other than that, wonderful.
