Right across the from the bus stop and near to trams that can take you to Centraal or Sloterdijk stations. 2 stops away from Zaanse Schans. Westerpark is nice area.

Room key system Upon check-out (early morning) no staff on dutyRoom lights worked/did not work in surprising ways.. and not good.. I recall having to descend down the staircase in the dark to turn the lights on.

This was a good find for us. We liked the location being outside the city center. The bus stop is right in front of the property so it was easy to get to central station which is right downtown and also where the trains are for easy day trips. It was quiet and very clean, which we appreciate. We took advantage of the restaurant being there on a rainy day and had a very good meal. We arrived early and they kept our luggage so we could start exploring right away, which was nice.

The room was small. Otherwise it was very nice and we have no complaints.

Excellent location and excellent restaurant

We were in the loft apartment, 2 steep flights of stairs with no elevator option.

Loved the spaciousness of the room in a quiet, peaceful location. The rooms were very well soundproofed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way for us. We so enjoyed the dinner we had in the restaurant there. Excellent Italian food. And, most important, the beds were very comfortable and the coffeemaker was perfect.

It was not air conditioned as I expected from my booking, so we had to open the unscreened windows to breathe, which brought in a few insects, mosquitos included. There was no iron or ironing board, which I thought it was supposed to. Getting to and from Amsterdam central was a longer walk than we would have liked but there was public transportation and because we are both 75, we opted to spend extra on ubers. If not for these considerations, it would have received our highest grade.

Quiet setting with transportation conveniently nearby. Grocery store about 5 minute walk away as well as restaurants in the area. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.

Its a good place under 30 years

In general we were satisfied with the hotel nothing to complain about, the staff was friendly, the parking is for free just outside the hotel. The location is quite the city centre can be reached with a bus the station is 50 meters form the hotel. The room was a bit small but the hotel itself is small so its all right

The stairs to the rooms were very steep and a bit treacherous. The beams and ceiling in the room made it inevitable that you would hit your head at least once. A ladybug landed on me while I was in bed and I found another in the room. The pillows were not great and we each needed one more, but they didn’t have any. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.

Good location on bus route 21 direct to Central Station.

A bit more cleanliness is needed, rugs and kettle were not clean.

Hi.So, simple, everything was top class.Hotel, parking, bus station across .. ( 10 min to Central station with bus 21 ), store few minutes walking on left or right, restaurant, balcony, bed like a cloud, that shiny Dutch girl..Peace and quit only few km from Central Station, Priceless.The best possible place to stay in Amsterdam for Me even I'm living in Ermelo :D

Booked this hotel a day before flying out back home, and a visit to Westergas complex. We were received very kindly by the staff and the check-in was arranged in a matter of minutes. All 3 rooms we booked were spacious and clean, also the interior design was fresh and new.Easy to arrive and get around the city by public transport. Good value for money.

The escalator was difficult with 41 steps to get into the room. no elevator available.

Good location on a regular bus route from the station (we arrived by train). We had a deluxe room which had plenty of room and was quiet.

We knew in advance that breakfast is not available. However, it would have been nice to have something available in the morning to start the day.

Overpriced for the condition and services

There was no staff for any problem other than the restaurant attached to the hotel.It is unremarkable. The room was small although the bathroom was nice. The heat did not work and I would not recommend it nor would I return
