The place is nice, modern, staff at check in was amazing.

The room is so basic, I was actually very surprised for the amount of money they dare to charge. In Italy for example for that kind of money you get a castle. Of course I know this is Amsterdam, but if I have to pay €200 for 1 night and the bathroom doesn't even have products for me to use, I know I made the wrong decision. Check in is late, check out is earlier, so for less than 24 hours you have to wash your hair and body with the same product and pay €200 to do so...no thank you, never again

The room was great - quiet and clean! The bed was comfortable and perfectly suitable for two people.

There were not a ton of dining options immediately available in the vicinity of the hotel.

Location was very good. Staff was excellent-very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was very good. The hotel needs to provide a shuttle from the airport. Updating the furniture and fixtures would improve guest comfort and increase repeat business.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, breakfasts good. Overall a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

As previous travellers have mentioned, it would be good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The staff were amazing, the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. And the cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Staff very attentive, asked us our preference on rooms.

The hotel is located in a very strategic place where you can go walking to most of the main attractions, and the Metro is just one block and half. The room is cozy, with excellent view and the breakfast has everything you need to start a good day. The staff at the reception are very helpful and kind.

Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Fantastic location and good value considering how expensive the city is.The staff were exceptional.

The hotel clerk was accommodated. Was able to check in before the 3pm checking time. After a long and tiring trip, we were able to shower and change.

Service is on the top. Reception is always happy to help. The room was clean and comfort. Despite that there was no minibar fridge in the room, personal kindly stored our food in their fridge. Also would like to mention that hotel is pet friendly

We were on family trip, three generations with 2 kids. Booked 3 rooms. All rooms were perfect, clean, comfortable, with an amazing view. Staff was so friendly, polite and kind! Kids (2 and 7) already first day felt like home and safe roaming arround the Motel. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect for all the sights to go on foot.
