Soundproofing of the rooms, breakfast

Humidity/temperature of the bedroom. Had trouble with a stuffed nose everytime I stepped into the room. I know, Amsterdam, but I'd love a way to decrease the temperature for longer than a couple of hours (thermostat)Pillows were a bit on the large size

Excellent spacious and very comfortable rooms. Hotel gym and wellness area were great. Location was very well served by public transport. Large supermarket 5 minutes walk away

The walkway outside the hotel to the docks offers a scenic experience. The room has got a character and a cozy vibe to it. The staff were very helpful.

Windows can't be opened. Only one window that opens slightly.

So many things!:The quiet location, the apply-scent in the hallways. The room was very modern and relaxing, comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchenette. We also liked to small window Sofa and the option to connect your device to the Tv screen ("Casting"). We had to reschedule our check-out to the very early morning and were well supported with an uncomplicated check-out and calling of taxi in advance. We will most definitely return and then also try out breakfast and the spa.

Minor things: Slightly more space to move and for storage in bedroom, more non-coffeinated tea options, power socket on both sides of bed, higher quality toilet paper, information about additional services at check on without asking (e.g. on spa, breakfast options).

Beautiful building, apartments are stylish and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location to be out of the chaos of central. The spa and gym facilities were a real treat to start your day off. The room was lovely with a very comfy extra large bed. The finished touches were exceptional, there was a lot of thought into the experience. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately the TV didn’t work, we couldn’t cast or watch terrestrial but no biggie.

The rooms were high quality, clean and with lovely decor. Shower was amazing. Overall very pleased!

On the last day I opted to have breakfast at the Vessel. Staff weren’t very attentive. I waited 15 minutes to get anyones attention before going to the bar to get menus. I later returned and same thing. Difficult to get anyone’s attention. I ended up ordering a beer via the app but it never arrived so had to go and get it from the bar. It’s a shame as everything else was great.

Stunning hotel with fabulous service. Really peaceful area. Great amenities in the room including coffee machine, kitchen, bath robes and mini bar. Lovely views over the water from the room.

It’s in a very quiet and quite new area so there’s not much on your doorstep (i.e. coffee shops, supermarket) but can find those things within 5-10 mins walk

Nothing to complain about!Spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen, everything was very clean. Gym, spa and bike rental was free of charge and anytime available. We weren’t sure about the location at first but liked it very much to be a bit further away from the bustling center. With the bikes you are very fast in the city. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was great, nice to order a meal and have buffet options. The hotel is stunning, well kept, clean, spacious. the room was really nice, very spacious.

Very expensive and a little remote. Had to take the bus and then a 10mins walk. The shower door does not seal properly and so water went everywhere and made the bathroom very damp - especially since the bathroom door closes automatically, couldn't leave it open to dry it out.

Beautiful environment, great location, not too far from some local cafes and supermarket, bus stops to Central Station. The hotel had a great spar which was included in the booking of accommodation. Accessible with a lift to all floors and a ramp into the building. Rooms were spacious and had everything you would need - coffee machine with pods, fridge and toiletries. Great restaurant and bar for those who may like breakfast on site or a coffee at the end of a busy day.

Great hotel with big rooms, big bathroom and all the facilities that u need ! The staff were great and friendly ! Location is good and quiet, next to the bus station and supermarket.The bike rental is free so u can enjoy amsterdam :)

Bed was made very untidy. We checked the linnens to make sure it was clean, luckily it was. But the fact that we had to check was a big nono for that price.

The location was very convenient for the eurostar and it was lovely having a view of the water from our room. It's a bit of a walk into the centre, but feel we saw more neighbourhoods that way, and the transport was easy on the day it rained. The restaurant meal was delicious, the bed was very comfortable and it was a great range of options for breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived.

Great location even though not in the center we loved the area. Very friendly and polite staff, eager to accommodate a family of four with a toddler and a baby. Nice room aesthetic and amenities/ products!

They have an eco policy of not cleaning the rooms by default, which is great in theory but we were informed that if requested they do provide a cleaning service or a freshening (sheets, trash, tidy). We stayed for 3 nights and having a a toddler and a baby cleaning was quite crucial. Even though we requested daily freshen up and a cleaning in the middle of our stay, we weren't serviced at all. Another thing is that the pillows were bad quality and that the towels could be updated in terms of texture and smell.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with gorgeous view. 30 minute walk from Centraal Station.
