There is coffee shop very close to the hotel & the people make loud noise so I can’t sleep

Location is not bad.

Carpet colour was brown it was more black. Dirty and sticky. I paid 1900 Canadian dollars to stay there for 7 nights. The room was the size of a walk in closet. Paid a lot of money for a dumpy closet. Not good value for the amount money spent.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was uncomfortably small, and the bathroom was unbelievably tiny—almost impossible to use comfortably. The bed was very narrow, no more than one meter wide, and it was placed right next to a window overlooking the street below, which made the noise constant.The room was also located near the hotel entrance, so there was nonstop disturbance every time someone entered or exited. The sink was extremely small and practically unusable, especially with the mirror shelf positioned directly above it, making it difficult to move or use the sink properly.Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I do not recommend this hotel.

Location was great, very close to the canals and lots of food options, as well as bike rental places.

The carpet in the room seemed pretty old/a bit dirty.

The location was fantastic. Close to the train station, restaurants and bars, it was fun to be in the neighborhood and not in a big chain.

The shelf above the sink was too close, we hit our heads when brushing our teeth! I know they are renovating the rooms, they do need new carpet.

Great location, just a few bridges from the central station, very warm hearted receptionist, clean room, yummy croissants in the morning.You don't see much from your window, but you explore a lot nearby.

The location was excellent just off Haarlemerstraat and considering it was central the noise levels for Amsterdam were quiet, largely due to it being on a side street. The lift was incredibly small even for two slim people with bags so we tended to use the typically very steep Dutch stairs. A small but adequate bedroom.

The person at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. I could check in earlier than officially stated which made my first day significantly more enjoyable. The location was very central and convenient, yet the street was very quiet.

Not really a negative feature and totally expected - the rooms and sink in the bathroom are very small.

Great location - not slap bang in the middle but a very short walk from major bits! Decent hotel for when youre only sleeping there!

Bathroom was a bit grubby, the lamp had seen better days, some staining on mattress topper on the bed. Trip was fine but just minor bits

Disappointing

Room was unclean, hair and dirt around the edges of the floor and dirty toilets. Did the job for a place to sleep but would not stay again. No facilities to buy water or snacks

Close to everything

The guy at reception was no help atal made me pay in euro so was extra 180 then wouldn’t refund the 2 rooms I booked coz had to go home day early

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower was not warm enough, especially without a shower door or bathroom door. I was cold and uncomfortable.

Cleanliness - the bed and bathroom were fine but dust on the walls.

The look of the building

Unclean room, hair and stains on bed, stains on floor, outdoor shoe mat as a shower mat, uncomfortable feel, unclean seat, couldn’t take my shoes or coat off when being in the room as I felt so uncomfortable and dirty.Requested for early check in, which was accepted months before I arrived, on arrival they told us that the room still had people sleeping in it. Also was meant to be cleaned within the hour but wasn’t done properly and completely ruined my day and experience.Receptionist on arrival was not welcoming at all. Looked like he was watching YouTube and didn’t give us a very good first impression.

This was a perfect stay, made especially nice because of both gentlemen working the desk at checkin and checkout. The room was clean, cozy and perfect for a solo traveler. Especially nice to have coffee available and fresh pasteries in the morn! Thank you!!
