Westcord Art Hotel Amsterdam 3 Stars

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! They allowed us to check-in early, provided information on public transportation, tourist attractions, and the bikes onsite available for rent! Our room was perfect! Spacious, clean, and had a great view!

Family room was large enough for 2 adults, a teenager and 10 year old. The kids loved their separate room. Staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Very comfortable and clean room,very friendly and helpful staff,great breakfast and evening meals in the bar very excellent and bar manager was brilliant.would definitely be staying in the future

Room was very neat and tidy. Our bed was comfortable.

The temperature control of the AC unint doesnt seem to function well as it was really warm in the room and i couldnt adjust a cooler temperature.

Location and ease of access to the city

It was cold inside, couldn't raise the temperature over 20, the staff was not much helpful about it.The restaurant staff was not much welcoming and they even didn't use the word (welcome)

Very clean and cozy rooms. The staff was kind and friendly. The location was perfect because the public transportation is fast and regular. I recommend the hotel and would be glad to stay again.

Great location. All areas clean. All staff kind, approachable and always had a smile on their faces. Breakfast was lovely with loads of choices. I will be staying here again next time I visit Amsterdam.

Everything was great.

Really friendly, beautifully clean, lovely light room, great toiletries and a coffee machine :) bus no. 22 goes straight into centre regularly so distance out of town not a problem.

Lovely staff with a welcome stroopwaffel and a gift when you leave.

The room was super hot but I asked for a fan and they brought one up to me.

Comfort of beds, good breakfast and how polite the staff were.

Friendly staff, good sized room and bathroom size.

More than a pleasent experience, I am trully glad I choose to spend my "birthday week" in this hotel. From warm welcome and amazing staff, to location being perfect in every sense (you can take affordable taxi rides, or go by bus that's there every 10mins in every direction) to facilities being almost perfect. When I come to Amsterdam next time, I already know I’ll be staying at this hotel. (Attached images are minutes before we left the room, so WE are responsible for wrinkled sheets)

Service, design, staff, welcome bonus - waffles, and a small souvenir at the end of our stay, which will remind me about the hotel and the city in general.

Comfy beds, friendly staff, good facilities. Easy 20 minutes via bus into town. Bus stop just outside the front door made it very easy to get to where we needed to go .

The breakfast was really good. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Friendly reception with lollies, water and place to eat within hotel.

Room was very small. No space except for beds. Good location but needed to catch a bus to get into central district.

Great location bus directly outside hotel takes you into the centre of city staff very helpful and rooms spotless highly recommend it

Everything. Large comfortable bed, blackout curtains, excellent facilities, helpful staff

Noisy fridge

Clean located just outside the heart of Amsterdam, with the 22 bus just outside the hotel taking you straight to Amsterdam central station, which is within walking distance of the main attractions and lots of other connecting transport options Art work in hotel is amazing.
