Calm neighbourhood with responsive staff 24/7 and closer to the inter city metro station.

The price.

It was a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. And the bus took 20-30 minutes to get to centraal station.

The price was quite good and the staff was very friendly. I would consider this hotel again in the future.

Despite what I expected, the hotel restaurant/bar is not open. The cleaning staff did not "clean" and instead only replaced towels and made the bed. Also not ideal that the closest tram stop is ~800m from the entrance.

No air conditioner!!!

We picked the place - as we stayed there before - for our own personal conveniece related to its location, What did we like, well;- Very friendly and helpfull staff - definitely two thumbs up! - Free WiFi (although a given in most hotels these days)

Apparently due to a recent change of ownership, we found the place not what it used to be (as we stayed there before);- TVs were removed from the rooms.- No fridge in the room - which does not go well if there is no breakfast option, with Kitchen closed.- Rooms were not cleaned during our entire 8 days stay (we had to ask for clean towels and had to put trash in corridor to be picked up) - stated that cleaning was an option to be paid fore separately. - Kitchen not working, so no breakfast option available.- Place requiring a bit of TLD/maintenance.

Staff...I went up and down because the room key didn't work. When they gave me a new one it turned out that someone was in the room I reserved. In the end they gave me another room.

Cheap hotel but still good in Amsterdam. Spacious room for 3 people. The parking was free because of public holiday. The area was quite.

The hotel and room was old. There was no water cooker and refrigerator. The tap cap was also a bit broken, but doesn’t reduce it’s functionality.

We had a great experience during our stay. The service at reception was excellent—the lady who checked us in was very friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained.It’s conveniently located, with a tram stop just a short walk away that takes you directly into the city center. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, which made things really convenient.While the surrounding area does feel a bit run-down, we always felt safe walking around, even with our children. Some previous reviews mentioned issues like cigarette butts and a smell of smoke, but we didn’t experience anything like that.The drive from the airport was quick and easy—only about 15 minutes. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel for its value and service.

Generally, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I really liked the bed’s mattress, hot water was always available and the staff was provided us every day with clean towels. Some things that gave me a feeling of discomfort were the weird smell of the room and the existed wall plugs far from the beds.

Breakfast spread could be better.Breakfast could have some variety on a daily basis as staying for 6 days and having same breakfast every day becomes boring.

It had no proper pillows it was hard and lumpy pillows where been washed and they didn't have heating the quilts felt damp and it was freezing in the room the provide me with a heater that didn't even come on it was broke .no kettle to make a cup of tea in tge morning was a joke ....and the sunbed they show you online wasn't worth paying for the bulbs ain't been changed in years all in all old used equipment which should of been thrown out or up graded but nope they are still trying to make money out it all ..wouldn't stay there again

Great location, lovely quiet neighbour with local amenities literally around the corner (5min walk). Comfortable and clean, just what you expect from a budget hotel that you only need for sleeping in.

There’s no air con, so the room was a bit warmer than we would have liked and the windows don’t open much.

Biggest bed I’ve stayed in in Amsterdam was so comfy

I always stay there when I work in Amsterdam. Perfect for parking. Pleasant hotel. Nice staff. Cosy. Nice rooms. Cold beers ;-).

No kettle in room, no plug sockets near the bed for plugging in medical apparatus. Smokers blocking doors outside smoking cannabis.

Property is in a good location

The staff, for some reason in this hotel you can’t take guests upstairs to your room but every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at hasn’t had a problem providing the guests show ID, then when I parked in the car park a member of staff came running out asking me to turn off my lights but my lights was off and the day light running lights where on and said the police drive around here maybe it was because of racial profiling he made this comment
