Frontesk service for quick and to the point

Room had toilet and shower inside the room in tinted glass , but everythong could be seen trough . No privacy from when using it . I know I was there with family , but still unexpected

Great, nontouristy location next to transit in a neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants.

No shelves or drawers to put clothes. Wifi connection was inconsistent during the weekend. Shower smelled musty but you don't smell it outside the bathroom. Shower water temp would become momentarily too hot at random times. No lock on bathroom door.

Great proximity to city centrum and walkability. Great lobby for sitting and working. Comfortable, clean rooms. Helpful staff who communicated well before my arrival! Liam in particular went out of his way to accommodate my needs.

The location is great, less than a block to canals and shops, there was a full size grocery store nearby too. The beds were comfortable and the main guy at the front desk staff was very helpful (I'm sorry I can't remember his name). Complimentary coffee in the lobby was nice and the vending machines came in handy for late night snacks. We even rented bikes for a ride around the city.

The translucent walls of the shower made it difficult to have privacy. We bought a sheet to hang over the side.

Location was perfect, right in the center of everything Amsterdam. Very affordable, and comfortable.

The water temperature fluctuates while using the shower from hot to cold. the water temperature also fluctuates in the sink tap.

Very convenient to all the locations. Straight bus from the airport. Very central right at Jordan .. Ann frank house, insta famous restaurants are very close by … overall very good

Everything was very good

The location was amazing. It was super close to the trams and the neighborhood is live you can easily go to supermarkets and bakeries. It is also very close to shopping places.

We didn't have a window. We stayed in a ground floor. The sink was separated from the bathroom.

This location was PERFECT. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were so clean. But location most of all! You can walk and use public transit to get to everything that Amsterdam has to offer!

The bathroom in our room was just separated by frosted glass so you could completely see when someone was using the toilet or the shower. Just make sure you’re comfortable enough with who you’re traveling with before booking! Probably works best for a couple or solo travelers!

I booked this place mostly because of the location but also because the description said it had an elevator and I was coming from a 2 week trip so had heavy luggage… still I was put in a room on the back of the property where I could only access by taking some stairs, which was annoying but fine.The room was not super clean and the worst for me was that the mattress had some fibers you could feel through the sheet, and they were prickly on the skin — really uncomfortable. For the price I paid I expected much more.

Basement, no egress window - Fire Hazzard, could hear neighbors, bathroom - no hooks and bad ventilation, not good for light sleepers

Great location, quick access to just about everywhere. A bus to the airport is only a 3 minute walk away.

The walls between rooms are very thin. You can hear many noises from rooms next door and also the hallway.

I did not like everything else about the hotel, it feels very old and was not cleaned properly and toilet is open in the room with no proper ventilation

The location was great and the room was very quiet. The TV and WiFi were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

It might be a European thing to have a glassed-in bathroom close to the beds which limited bathroom privacy. The room itself was small and probably would have been more comfortable for just one person instead of two.

Paid for a larger room, same sized room as the cheapest options (we had friends staying at the same place to compare). It was okay, just okay.

Proximity to bus station and general location.

Rooms are very small. No mini fridge. Multiple issues with room 110. A/c not cooling and whole room full of condensation. Mounted hairdryer inoperative in more than one room. Telephone not working. No details of internet access given at initial check in and not available in room either.

Location

Size of room and facilities. Sink in bedroom. Had to go outside after reaching our floor to get to our room. Could not even find our room without assistance from management. No food available. Breakfast was listed for a fee but no breakfast was available. Coffee was free until noon then had to pay.
