    Pros +

    • We slept in twin beds. They were comfortable even though they were small. This hotel runs like a well-oiled machine. It has a very urban, polished feel.
    • Room was clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. The staff was very friendly and the bar of the hotel is also quite nice. Although the hotel is not located in the city center, you are there really fast thanks to the train station right next to the hotel (5min walk).
    • The room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very new and luxurious. We had an amazing stay!

    Cons -

    • Nothing really
    • At first we were confused with the elevators but once we found out how everything worked it was a piece of cake
    • No door In the shower I feel like there’s no privacy.

Absolutely love this place. I came here for work although it’s a little far from downtown it’s really easy to get there and the train station is less than a block away. The room was really clean and staff was really friendly specially the bar staff great drinks by the way. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

No door In the shower I feel like there’s no privacy.

Everyone was so nice and it was so close to the metro. The rooms were designed very nicely too

    Not enough restaurants close

I loved everything about it! The beds were incredibly comfortable, temperature was perfect, elevators were very fast, everything was spotless.

The shower door was clear and not in a separate room, which made it awkward for us to shower.

I only stayed here for a short stopover before continuing my journey the next day, but I found the hotel to be very, very nice. It actually offers great value for money. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It’s a very quiet and comfortable hotel, which was exactly what I was looking for.For me, this was more of a practical overnight stay, especially since, due to an exceptional situation at the airport, most hotels in the area were either fully booked or extremely expensive for what they offered. If you’re planning a city trip to Amsterdam, you should keep in mind that the hotel is located a bit outside the main tourist center.

The surroundings of the hotel are not particularly scenic, and my room faced the railway tracks. I also had the impression that the windows couldn’t be opened, which is something I usually like to do. That said, given the location on the track side, it probably would have been quite noisy anyway. The hotel is also a bit tech-focused — a lot of things are controlled via an iPad. For example, the blinds were closed when I arrived, and it took me a little while to figure out that I needed to use the iPad to open and close them. Apart from that, there were no major issues that I would consider truly negative.

The staff was very nice and welcoming! The breakfast was delicious and very healthy. The room design was great.

The room was too hot even at the lowest setting (18°C)

Check in was easy. Elevators were fast and efficient. Room was lovely. It was great to be so close to the train system.I think it was one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences.

Air port shuttle wasn't included for my return at the end of my stay, so that was unexpected, but pick up at my incoming was so wonderful. They were right there to great me at the door when I arrived.

THE STAFF were HORRIBLE. from reception to the staff behind the bar especially the lady with black short hair doing coffee every day!!! ive never seen such carelessness in any other hotel. dirty bathrooms. a weird insect was found in bathroom. they said fire alarm was on in my room and i just came out of the shower and they INSISTED on entering the room right then and there and said false alarm! the worst hotel and im never ever coming back or recommending! AGAIN, i never care about staff or workers but this hotel wins the WORST STAFF OF ALLLLLL TIME!

Very modern, big rooms, very comfortable, good location, metro was nearby, also close to Ziggo Dome

    It was a bit dusty

We like Ruby hotels, they are comfortable and generally interesting. The Ruby Emma was fine but not as nice as the Ruby in Munich or Vienna. Our rooms were ready early and that was much appreciated, especially after a long flight.

The bar / reception area lighting was bright and could have been dimmer especially in the evening and the background music almost inaudible. Narrow selection of available drinks. Our city view was of the nearby train lines and residential blocks (nothing special).

bathtub and shower, bed was comfortable, room was big, blackout curtains were great

amenities - for 'lean luxury' it was not quite value for money. some of the shampoo and lotion bottle pumps didn't work

    10DvirPosted on: 11-7-2025

Clean, tidy, quiet, good location and great breakfast

    7AlizaPosted on: 11-2-2025

Clean, spacious hotel with a good breakfast and friendly staff.

The bathrooms were not private, you can view the shower from the bed. Okay for couples, not for any other travellers sharing a room
