Rooms were huge and very nice. Staff and location were both great. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all, spot on.

Great location for discovering the city. All staff we met were friendly, professional and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Everywhere was very clean. The hotel also acknowledged my daughter’s birthday with a personal birthday wish and a small gift.

Room was great. Reception staff very attentive to my needs. Even arranging a bouquet of flowers last minute was no trouble. Valet parking was easy.

Very spacious room with a very nice view. Large windows which we loved. Very clean, changed our towels every day. Friendly staff. Good location.

What’s not to like!

Pretty much everything, very clean, staff are very helpful, hotel is beautifully decorated

The only thing I can give as a down side is, our headboard backed on to the main stairs in room 5 so you could hear footfall through wall whilst in bed asleep, so it did wake you

Our departure was delayed due to the weather, so our stay at this hotel was for convenience to the train station. I had fairly low expectations because of this, and the price being so reasonable. It was so comfortable, clean and with lovely decor, we were so happy to be there - the staff were exceptionally lovely too, across all shifts. The hotel is very close to Chinatown which we liked, and also close to the red light district which wouldn’t be our preference, but easy to avoid. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff is friendly and helpful , it is quiet at night and the location is good for its proximity to the main station and the trams. I asked if they could change our superior room to one with a view as we were facing the inner courtyard for our first night and it was my husband’s birthday . As a result we were able to enjoy the view of the canal for the rest of our stay. Gorgeous bedroom! After that , we found a small birthday gift and a note for him. Very kind!

Great location 10 minutes walk to center.Lovely quite room number 9 at back of hotel with small courtyard.Large queen comfortable bed.Large bathroom with Juliet sinks, very helpful.Great buffet breakfast with al a carte menu options, plus complimentary tea and coffee all day long. Fabulous reception staff, very friendly, courteous and helpful giving suggestions where to visit, nothing was too much trouble, they made the hotel.

There was noise on a couple of nights from upstairs guests late at night.

Great location, free coffee and a complimentary welcome drink. Shower was lovely, beds were comfy.

The basement level rooms were a bit noisy (noise carried from other parts of the hotel) but they did provide earplugs!

It was clean and everything you should expect from a 4 star boutique hotel. Nice staff.

1. The breakfast could be more elaborated2. Staff do not speak Dutch3. I had a deluxe room, so I expected a great view, which was not the case and also I heard noises from the piping, so I couldn't sleep that well. For an expensive room I would expect it to be sound proof. 4. There are short stairs at the door, so if you have fysical issues or have heavy luggage, that could be chalenging. 5. The staff does not help with the luggage.

Lovely staff and the downstairs foyer is very nice for a relaxing drink. We booked the room with a free standing bath and it was fabulous and really spacious (something we were not expecting)

Stairs up to the hotel. We had a pram and had to lift it every time but not a big issue.

Great hotel and facilities. Location very good on the edge of the old town. Staff amazing, particularly Victor who was amazing. Kids loved the hot chocolate in reception! Definitely would stay again
